Honestly, I think it’s more of a fit thing that might not go away. Tried mine for two weeks and it still shifted around enough to annoy me. Ended up tossing it.
I figure if you’re not spraying wide open the whole time, it’s probably saving water whether it’s a Jetterix or any other nozzle that focuses the stream. I just prefer the feel of a more concentrated spray when I’m rinsing stuff off, feels like I’m actually cleaning instead of just flooding the ground.
I keep mine clipped to the shoulder strap webbing, not dangling free. Feels easy to grab but stays flat against the bag so nothing really catches on it.
It’s fine. You’re not translating every second of the day. Even if you use it heavily, you’ll get a few hours out of them before you need a break anyway. Just charge them during lunch or whenever you stop for a bit.
Nope. Mine picks up naps on its own. I wouldn’t want to have to log them manually anyway, that defeats the point.
It’s a router-level ad blocker, so it’s never going to be as good as a browser extension. Works okay for the basic stuff, but I wouldn’t count on it for YouTube or heavy scripted sites.

Honestly, it depends on how much you actually want to do. If you just want to turn one lamp off from the couch, Bluetooth works fine until you walk out of range. Once you add a second bulb or want a schedule, the app-only route gets annoying pretty fast. A hub isn’t necessary for basic use, but it’s the difference between a light switch and a remote control.
Alright, thanks for the replies. Sounds like it’s just how this thing runs with the IR on, not a defect. I’ll just plan for shorter sessions or carry a backup battery. Good enough for what I need.
Pretty much what I figured. The battery is fine for a week, but the glucose tracking still looks like a marketing trick until someone shows me actual numbers against a real meter. I’ll probably keep using it for steps and heart rate, just not taking the blood sugar stuff seriously.
15 mins is about right if you’re running it full blast the whole time. For a small patio and a quick car dust-off, you’ll probably be fine if you don’t hold the trigger down nonstop. I’ve got one and it’s decent for that kind of light work, just don’t expect to do leaves for an hour.
I’d just leave it plugged in. The battery backup is for when the power goes out, not for when you decide to unplug it yourself. If you unplug it you’re basically turning it into a dumb brick that does nothing.
I grabbed a cordless one for the same kind of stuff and it’s fine for light grime, not gonna lie. The Qinux BlastVul handled dried mud on my car well enough and the patio got clean, but I wouldn’t expect it to chew through years of buildup or anything. Battery lasts for a quick job like you said, so it’s handy for that. I’d say it’s a decent tool, just don’t expect it to replace a proper machine for heavy cleaning.
Took mine on a weekend trip and a short flight, no drama. Stops the stink and the auto-clean is actually useful. Battery held for a couple days but yeah, charging is an extra thing to track. If you already like your insulated bottle this is more convenience than necessity.
