Owen21MemberIt’s not a big deal honestly. The watch handles steps and basic health stuff fine on its own, you just lose the fancy mapping features without the phone. Kind of expected for the price range I think.
Owen21MemberIt only does full hour increments, so 2 hours is fine. Not a big deal, it works.
16 de July de 2026 at 13:18 in reply to: Pro Capture battery life when using WiFi for the app? #5309
Owen21MemberWorks fine for me honestly. I keep the WiFi on most of the time and haven’t noticed anything crazy. Probably just depends on what you’re doing with it.
15 de July de 2026 at 17:33 in reply to: JetClean battery life on patios — does it last long enough? #5261
Owen21MemberHonestly, if you’re just hitting corners and moss, the battery will probably be fine for a small patio. Just don’t leave it sitting on idle while you move stuff around.
9 de July de 2026 at 16:22 in reply to: Does the AiraBreeze use much electricity if I leave it on all day? #4860
Owen21MemberIt’s probably fine. I think those things only pull like 50-60 watts max, which is nothing compared to a real AC. Even if you ran it 12 hours a day you’d be looking at maybe a couple bucks for the whole month.
Owen21MemberI’ve noticed the same thing. It’s not strong enough to really cool you down on its own, but I actually like it for a little background air movement when I’m working at my desk. Just enough to keep the air from feeling stale.
5 de July de 2026 at 14:04 in reply to: DrFlexa sizing question – how tight should the straps be? #4552
Owen21MemberTight enough that it doesn’t slide down when you walk. Overthinking it isn’t worth it, just adjust as you go.
Owen21MemberNot really sure why everyone’s saying it’s fine. Mine struggled to show anything clearly past like six feet in a dim room. Maybe your couch is closer than mine.
Owen21MemberI’d probably just keep it plugged in. Even if it doesn’t drain super fast, you’re already sitting near a TV, so why risk it dying mid-game.
Owen21MemberIt’s probably fine. If it dies an hour or two before you wake up, you’re asleep anyway. Plugging it in just adds one more cord to deal with. I wouldn’t overthink it.
Owen21MemberI think the lenses are clear, so they won’t double as sunglasses. Audio seems alright in normal sun, but wind would probably mess with it.
18 de June de 2026 at 12:37 in reply to: Does the Clima Pest Guard actually work in a slightly breezy patio? #3323
Owen21MemberThe breeze matters more than you’d think. Once it’s strong enough to rustle leaves or move napkins around, the light loses a lot of its pull. Still catches a few dumb ones that fly right into it, but don’t expect it to clear the whole patio.
Owen21MemberI’ve got a dark blue car and tried it on some scuffs near the gas cap. It didn’t fully get rid of them, but they’re way less obvious now. Good enough for what it costs.
Owen21MemberWorks fine on glass if you don’t rush it. I used mine on a plain glass plate and it didn’t skip or scratch, just took a bit of patience. Not a big deal honestly.
15 de June de 2026 at 14:02 in reply to: Is it normal for the AlarmTag to beep softly when you pull the pin? #3082
Owen21MemberThat little beep is normal. I think it’s just the circuit starting up before it hits full volume.
Owen21MemberThe pause is there, but if you’re already used to talking in short bursts for business check-ins it barely registers. I wouldn’t want it for a heated debate, but for quick updates it does the job without much fuss.
14 de June de 2026 at 08:49 in reply to: Aptofit sleep tracking – anyone else find it a bit inconsistent? #2990
Owen21MemberMine’s been fine so far. Wakes up when I wake up, sleep times look right. Might just be a dud unit or something.
14 de June de 2026 at 07:43 in reply to: Black Falcon Drone vs my old toy drone, is the camera actually better? #2985
Owen21MemberI mean, it’ll probably look a lot better than a cheap toy drone camera, sure. The 4K on these things is usually more about marketing than actual quality though, so don’t expect cinema-level stuff. For casual travel shots on social media it should be fine, just don’t overthink it.
13 de June de 2026 at 16:35 in reply to: Does NuraFix leave any kind of residue on plastic trim? #2933
Owen21MemberI’d just wipe it off with a damp cloth and not worry about it too much. Plastic trim can be finicky like that, but it’s not a big deal in the long run.
7 de June de 2026 at 13:08 in reply to: Does Epicooler use less electricity than an air conditioner? #2478
Owen21MemberAlright, thanks for the replies. Sounds like it’s not gonna replace the AC, but the power savings might be real enough if you use it smart. I’ll probably grab one and just see how it goes.
Owen21MemberMine’s been fine so far, but I’m not using the strong mode much. Maybe check what setting you’re on, that LED probably pulls extra juice too.
Owen21MemberIf it’s just a hose nozzle, I doubt you’re going to do much damage unless your water pressure is insane. You’d probably have to try pretty hard to gouge anything with it.
6 de June de 2026 at 10:41 in reply to: Dustaclean runtime actually 30 mins or less in real use? #2401
Owen21MemberI just use mine without paying much attention to the timer. The brush head does seem to drain it faster but it still handles the crumbs on my couch fine before it dies.
Owen21MemberIt’s fine for what it is. I’ve fired up a few basic games on mine when I was bored and they ran without issue. Nothing special, but it’s not trying to be a console. If you’re already getting the stick for streaming, the games are just a neat extra that actually works.
4 de June de 2026 at 07:47 in reply to: JetClean hose connection — does it actually work with a standard garden hose? #2224
Owen21MemberMine works fine with a regular hose. Didn’t need any adapters or tape, just screwed it on and it held. Not sure what would cause a leak unless the rubber washer is missing.
Owen21MemberI wouldn’t stress over it too much. The foam sinks down a lot once your head hits it so it won’t feel as tall as it looks sitting on the bed.
