I’ve been using SleepZee for about a week now. It works fine for reducing snoring but I wake up a few times because it shifts or feels like it’s slipping. Is this just a fit issue or does it settle down after more use?

I tried a few different boil-and-bite mouthguards before SleepZee and they all had some shifting issues at first. It might just take a bit more time for your jaw to get used to it, mine felt less loose after a couple weeks. The fit seems fine now, still moves a little but not enough to wake me up.

Honestly, I think it’s more of a fit thing that might not go away. Tried mine for two weeks and it still shifted around enough to annoy me. Ended up tossing it.

I noticed mine felt like it was slipping the first few nights too but after I stopped worrying about it and just went to sleep it seemed fine. Not sure if it actually settled or I just got used to it.

I think it’s probably just a fit thing. Mine moved a bit the first week too but I barely notice it now. Maybe try remolding it if it keeps bugging you.

I’d give it a bit more time honestly. Sometimes these things just take a little while to settle in with your mouth shape. Could also just be one of those things where you notice it more because you’re thinking about it.

Mine shifted around a bunch the first few nights too but I just kind of got used to it and now I don’t really notice it anymore. It’s probably just your mouth getting used to having something in there.

Works fine for me. Stays put all night once I got the mold right. Probably just gotta give it a bit more time.

I usually just wake up in the same position I fell asleep in, so it stays put for me. Guess it depends on how much you move around.

I wonder if it’s partly about how you sleep. I tend to move around a lot at night so stuff like that always shifts on me no matter what I do.

Mine never really shifted much after the first night, so I’m leaning towards it being a fit thing. If you’re still waking up with it loose after a week, I’d probably just redo the mold and see if that helps.

Mine stayed put from the start, but I also made sure to really press it into my teeth during the molding process. Might be worth redoing the mold if it keeps slipping.

Glad I’m not the only one who had it shift around at first. It settled down for me after a few nights once I got the fit right, so probably just needs a bit more time.
