I’ve been using the Aptofit for about a week now. The sleep data seems all over the place sometimes, like it thinks I’m awake when I’m not. Anyone else notice that?

Mine does that too. Not sure if I’m just moving around too much in my sleep or the sensor is just guessing.

I noticed the same thing a few days in, but honestly it evened out after a week or so for me. Could just be the sensor getting used to your sleep patterns or something.

I just kind of glance at the sleep data in the morning and don’t overthink it. For the price, it tracks enough for me to get a general idea of how I slept.

I kind of wonder if it matters that much honestly. I look at the sleep stuff in the morning, shrug, and go about my day. It gives me a rough idea if I had a decent night or not, which is good enough for me.

Mine’s been fine so far. Wakes up when I wake up, sleep times look right. Might just be a dud unit or something.

Weird, mine’s been spot on since day one. Tracks my sleep and wake times exactly as I remember them. Might be a bad unit on your end.

It’s sleep tracking on a cheap smartwatch, not a medical sleep study. I wouldn’t stress over it.

Huh, that’s interesting. I’ve had the opposite experience so far, mine’s been tracking pretty accurately for me. Maybe it’s just a calibration thing or something.

I’ve noticed the same thing with mine, sometimes it shows I was awake at 3am when I definitely wasn’t. I just check it in the morning to see if it looks close enough and go about my day. For what it costs, it’s fine unless you’re expecting medical grade accuracy.

I’ve had a few nights where mine said I was in light sleep for hours when I know I was dead asleep. Not a dealbreaker for me since I mostly just want to see if I got roughly enough rest, but it does make you wonder how much of the other data is off too.

Mine’s been okay so far, nothing crazy. I just glance at it in the morning to see if I slept enough and move on. Not losing sleep over it.

I noticed the same thing a few nights ago when it said I was awake for over an hour in the middle of the night, but I remember sleeping straight through. It’s not a huge issue for me, I just check the overall hours in the morning and leave it at that.

Good to hear it’s not just mine being weird. I still think it’s useful enough for a rough idea of how I slept, just not gonna rely on it too much.
