I’ve had mine for maybe a month and I honestly didn’t notice any flickering before, but my partner said the bathroom light seems steadier now. I’m not convinced it’s doing anything huge, but I’m not annoyed enough to unplug it either.
I just use the crevice nozzle for between the keys and it works fine for me. The brush is more for the desk surface anyway.
I put mine near the vent too and it’s been holding up fine for a couple months now. I figure if it falls off I’ll just stick another one on, but so far no issues.
I picked up a box for my bathroom sink and it did okay, but for kitchen drains I think I’d rather just use boiling water and baking soda. I don’t know, the foaming stuff feels like it works better on hair than on grease.
I pretty much just leave mine on the wide setting the whole time. The concentrated stream felt like it might leave marks if I got too close.
I’ve had mine in a room that’s definitely not sealed great and it still takes the edge off pretty well. Not gonna heat the whole space like a furnace, but if you sit near it it’s fine.
Huh, I noticed something similar on mine but honestly I just figured it was from the heat of the water or whatever. Still seals up fine when I close it so I haven’t really thought about it past that.
I think you can feel it out pretty quick once you have it on. I just put mine on and did a few steps around the house to see if it stayed in place. Works fine for me without having to adjust it a bunch.
I’d just plug it in overnight and not worry about it. The battery life is decent but why risk it cutting out halfway through the night when you can just leave it on the charger.
I wouldnt count on it for serious sawdust cleanup. I tried mine in my garage and it just moved stuff around more than actually clearing it out. Better off with a shop vac for that kind of mess.
I just stuck mine up on a wall in the kitchen and honestly forgot it was even there until I saw this thread. Still holding fine after a month.
I wouldn’t bother with ice personally. It’s more of a desk fan with a little extra dampness than a real air conditioner.
Huh, sounds like I might’ve just gotten a slightly wonky one. I’ll just keep using it and see if it gets worse. Thanks for the replies, though.
I think it’s probably more for safety than anything else. Not having to remember to turn it off is kind of nice if you get distracted.
Honestly I don’t really care about the wrinkle stuff much, I just use it because the red light calms my skin down after a bad breakout. Straps have been fine for me so far, I don’t mess with them during the session.
Honestly, I don’t think it’s that deep. I got one mostly because I hated the chlorine smell, and it does help with that. The hard water stuff is whatever, I didn’t really notice a huge difference with the spots on my glass, but it’s fine for what it is.
I think it’d probably work fine for moss on brick. The wires are stiff enough to scrape it off without chewing into the bricks too much if you keep the head moving. I’d just try it on a small patch first to see how it goes.
I’ve seen some pretty tiny drones lately that look like they’d fit in a jacket pocket, so a 20L bag should be fine if you don’t pack too much else. I’m never sure about battery life on those small ones though, might be a tradeoff.
Honestly I think the offline mode works for maybe 10 to 15 languages at most, the rest definitely need wifi. I wouldn’t rely on it for anything too complex without a connection.
I’ve used it on my car a couple times and it seemed fine. I just kept the spray wider and didn’t get too close. Maybe it depends on your water pressure but mine worked okay.
I kind of just see it as a resting spot for my finger, doesn’t bother me at all. I wouldn’t overthink it, you probably just need to get used to where it sits.
Honestly I haven’t had much trouble with roaming speeds, but I’m usually in cities. Battery life is fine for me since I just charge it whenever I’m sitting still for a bit.
I dunno, mine feels fine on the lower settings. Kinda figured it was meant to be more of a tap than a buzz. Works for my dog.
I’ve used mine on a couple of shorter flights and they were fine for music and a bit of translation. The battery lasted the whole trip for me, but I wasn’t using the translation nonstop. In noisy places the offline mode felt a bit hit or miss, but it worked okay in quieter spots. I think they’re probably good enough for a long flight if you aren’t expecting perfect translations the whole time.
