MemberNot true that tiny flashlights die after a week. I’ve had a little LED in my glovebox sit unused for months and it still lights up fine when I need it. I’d keep one in the car.

Memberthe remote is tiny and the buttons are mushy, but it barely bugs me compared to how quickly the heater warms the room. I just leave it nearby and tap it when I need to change settings, not enough to bother returning.

MemberNot convinced the ultrasonic “invisible barrier” is legit, feels like marketing to me. Still a handy little lamp for trips or porch use. Small thing: hang it around shoulder height so the light actually fills the seating area instead of just lighting the ground.

MemberThey usually pull hair that’s sitting on the fabric nap pretty well. Stuff in seams or down in the pile tends to stay put.

MemberI don’t think the MX 3S itself is inherently iffy. Mine’s been fine across a couple of different laptops, so maybe it’s more the specific machine or its Bluetooth stack. Not totally sure though.

MemberHad one for a season and left it on a few nights; mostly fine but the fan has a steady hum that bugs light sleepers. Never saw it randomly shut off, but I wouldn’t expect huge bill drops unless you actually turn down your main heat. Handy for quick warmth, just not a miracle.
