I think it probably drains a bit more since it’s pushing video out, but honestly I’ve had no issues just playing it on TV for an hour or so without charging. I usually keep it plugged in anyway if I’m near the couch, but the battery hasn’t died on me mid-session yet.
I guess it depends how strong the breeze is, but I set mine up with the ropes and it stayed put in a light wind. Didn’t have any issues during the movie.
I dunno, I actually don’t think the ice chamber makes that big of a difference to the battery. I use mine with ice pretty often and still get close to the 10 hours on low. Maybe you’re just noticing it more because you’re checking.
I feel like the heating just feels stronger because it hits you directly, but the cooling works fine if you give it a few minutes to settle in the room. I use mine mostly for cooling while working at my desk and it keeps me comfortable enough.
I’ve got one on my desk at home and I mostly just use tap water. It’s not gonna blast you with cold air, but it’s a nice little breeze that keeps things from getting stuffy.
I actually just use mine in my home office which is about the same size and it does the job for taking the chill off. I wouldn’t say it blasts heat everywhere but it keeps the area near my desk comfortable. Probably fine for what you’re describing.
Pretty much what I figured. I’ve just been dumping the water out at night now and it’s fine in the morning. Takes like ten seconds so no big deal.
I’ve got an old Samsung Qi pad and it charges the Tagsley no problem. I wouldn’t overthink it, any standard pad should do the job.
I keep mine in a wallet slot in my bag and it’s been loud enough for me to hear from the next room when I’m looking for my keys. Haven’t tried it buried under a ton of stuff though.
I’m about a month in with mine and my hair feels a bit less like straw when I get out of the shower. Not a total fix, but I’ve noticed it’s not as tangly when it dries.
I noticed the same thing with mine, but honestly it still does what I need for a quick sofa or keyboard cleanup before I sit down to work. The brush attachment definitely chews through battery faster but I just keep it charging by my desk so it’s always ready when I grab it.
I have a black car and I actually got a faint haze in spots, but I think I let it sit too long before buffing. Might just be user error on my end though.
I haven’t really looked into it too much but I figure it’s probably normal since the phone is doing more work wirelessly. Mine seems fine for my commute but I could see it being more noticeable on longer drives. I’d probably just keep a charger in the car if it bothered me.
I grabbed a pair of PolorVision after seeing the hype and honestly I wasn’t sure what to expect. The contrast thing is there but it’s not like everything suddenly looks HD or anything, just a bit more defined especially with wet roads. I think the cheap yellow ones just make everything look darker, so the PolorVision feels more comfortable to me after a few hours driving. Not sure if it’s worth the price jump for everyone but I don’t regret trying them.

I think it depends on how much you’re actually talking vs just listening. If you’re doing back-to-back translations all day, 7 hours sounds about right but probably not much more. I’d just toss the case in my bag for a quick top-up.
Yeah I ended up grabbing one after reading through this thread and honestly for the bus it’s been fine. I don’t feel like a target anymore and that alone was worth it for me. Just another thing I don’t have to think about when I’m heading to the gym.
Glad it’s working out for you too. I think the convenience factor really makes up for any concerns about capacity or laptop charging. It’s one of those things I just toss in my bag and forget about until I need it, and it’s been solid for that.
I tried it on some old grout that was pretty grimy and honestly it did better than I expected. Still had to wipe a bit after but it wasn’t like a whole hand scrubbing session. For the tight spots it’s way easier to just point and shoot than wrestling a big mop around.
I’ve had mine on since I got it and honestly haven’t noticed any crazy drain. Still lasts me a good few months before I toss it on the charger.
I think it really depends on what you expect from it. A friend let me try theirs for a bit and it’s definitely not a powerhouse, but the airflow felt more focused than the old bladeless ones I remember. Maybe it’s just the design, but I could feel it from a couple feet away without it being annoying. Not totally sure if it’s better than a cheap fan, but it seems fine for a desk.
Glad I posted this thread. The points about the built in cable breaking are fair, but for how I use it just tossing it in a bag it’s been solid so far. No regrets on my end.
