Mine has a tiny bit of wiggle too, but I think that’s just how they’re made. As long as the card clicks in and reads fine, probably nothing to worry about.
I’ve seen people mention overheating, but mine has been okay so far. I’ve only pushed it past two hours a couple of times though, so I can’t really vouch for a full day of recording. If anything, I’d expect the battery to give out long before the heat becomes a problem.
I’d say wiring age probably isn’t the main factor here. I’ve got old wiring and mine seems to work fine, but I wouldn’t expect it to fix any major issues with the house itself.
I figure if it takes you more than 10 minutes to blow off a deck you’re probably just messing around anyway. Should be fine.
I got bigger hands and they’re okay for shorter sessions. Not ideal for hours of play but fine for a few rounds of Tetris or Mario.
Wide setting is fine for general cleaning. If the moss is really stubborn just hit it with the concentrated stream for a second.
I leave mine plugged into the TV’s USB port all the time. Turns off when the TV does, no issues so far.
I think it depends on how you adjust it. Took me a few nights to find the right setting, not just get used to it. Once I moved it forward a bit more it worked a lot better. Not sure if that counts as first night or not.
I just put mine on, adjusted the straps until it felt snug but not digging in, and went from there. Works fine for me.
Just Bluetooth. I’ve had mine for a few months and never even looked for a WiFi setting. Works fine with the app on my phone.
I haven’t mess with the zones much, but I did block out a corner of my yard and it seems to hold up okay. Not perfect, but good enough to stop most false triggers.
