A few months in and I’m pretty sure it helps me wind down at night. Not a huge dramatic change, but I definitely feel a bit more settled.
I think it’d probably be fine. I’ve used mine in the bathroom a few times and haven’t had any issues.
I’ve had mine mounted for a couple months now and it’s still up there with no issues. I just made sure the hooks were pressed on firmly before hanging it.
I didn’t get mine for office use, but I’ve run it with room temp water plenty of times at home. It’s still a nice little breeze, just not super cold. I’d say it’s fine for a desk if you just want some air movement.
I think it would probably be fine. Most older TVs handle 720p or 1080p without any trouble, and the games are retro so they don’t need a fancy screen anyway.
I put one on my smart TV remote just to see if it made any difference with signal or range. Haven’t noticed anything, but it’s still stuck on there a month later so I guess it’s fine.
I’d probably just keep an eye on it for now. If it’s not leaking, it might just be the seal settling in after a few weeks.
I tossed mine in the backpack for a day at the park and it was fine for keeping the air moving. The cooling is just a bonus if you ask me.

I just use mine for getting leaves out of the flower beds. Never thought about using it on the car, honestly.
I just use mine for my keys and it works fine when I’m nearby. But if you’re hoping to track a bag that’s already on a plane, I think you’d need something with actual GPS.
I’ve got one and honestly the weight isn’t an issue at all. It stays put fine for me during a session.
I’ve noticed the same thing in my place. Honestly I think it’s usually the walls more than the distance. My remote works fine across the room as long as there’s nothing solid in between.
I think the tilt should be fine for a desk, but I haven’t really tested it on anything super low. Stiffness might just depend on the unit, but mine clicked into place okay. Not totally sure how much you need to angle it upward though.
I’ve seen a few people mention it holds up pretty well for everyday cooking, so I doubt you’d be sharpening it every few weeks. The ice hardening might help a little, but I wouldn’t expect it to be a miracle worker.
Mine gets warm too. Honestly never really thought much about it, they all seem to do that after a while.
I think some people just expect too much from a little gadget like this. Four weeks sounds like a best case scenario to me, I just charge mine when I grab something out and it’s never really been an issue.
I never bothered with the cheap yellow ones, just went straight for PolorVision. The contrast thing is noticeable enough for me, especially on rainy nights. It’s not gonna change your life, but it’s a definite upgrade over the plain yellow tint.
Thanks for the input everyone. Sounds like it should be fine for normal use. I’ll probably just grab a pair and see how it goes.
I can see why you’d think that. The lower settings are pretty subtle, almost like a phone buzz. I think it’s just designed that way so you can start gentle. Works fine for me once I go up a few levels, though.
I think it might just depend on the site you’re on. I’ve had mine a couple weeks and I haven’t noticed any ads, but I’m not totally sure if I’m using it right either.
I tried one at a friend’s place and it actually had a decent amount of force, not just a soft breeze like the old ones. Felt pretty noticeable on a warm day.
