Honestly, if you’ve got the Guardality card in there the cover’s just extra weight. Not gonna hurt anything but you’re not gaining much either.
Honestly, people expect too much from these things. It’s just a fancier nozzle for your hose, not a magic wand. If your patio is really bad, you’re going to be standing there forever.
Eh, depends on the laptop more than anything. My ThinkPad trickles along fine with it if I’m not pushing it.

I’d guess it probably uses less water if you’re not standing there holding the trigger open forever, but I haven’t bothered to measure it. The stream does feel a lot more focused, so you’re not just soaking a wide area for no reason. Seems like common sense, but I wouldn’t swear by it without actually testing.
