Mike TurnerMemberHonestly, if you’ve got the Guardality card in there the cover’s just extra weight. Not gonna hurt anything but you’re not gaining much either.
Mike TurnerMemberHonestly, people expect too much from these things. It’s just a fancier nozzle for your hose, not a magic wand. If your patio is really bad, you’re going to be standing there forever.
Mike TurnerMemberEh, depends on the laptop more than anything. My ThinkPad trickles along fine with it if I’m not pushing it.
Mike TurnerMemberMine gets a little warm too but I wouldn’t call it hot. I’d be more annoyed if it wasn’t charging properly honestly.

Mike TurnerMemberMine gets noticeably warm, not hot but definitely more than “kinda warm.” I actually had to turn it down after a while because it was getting a bit much. Maybe yours is defective or you’re expecting it to feel like a heating pad. It’s not that kind of heat.

Mike TurnerMemberIt’s a sharpening guide, not a magic tool. If you can’t keep a file straight it’ll help, but it’s not some huge upgrade over taking your time. People act like it’s this big decision when it’s really just a $30 gadget.
Mike TurnerMember500ml sounds about right for a desk fan that’s slightly cooler. I’d just bring a water bottle to work and top it off when you go for lunch.
Mike TurnerMemberIt’s a spot heater. That’s basically what it does. You sit near it, you’re warm. The rest of the room being cold in a drafty place is just physics. I think it’s working fine.
13 de June de 2026 at 20:57 in reply to: Qinux BreezaMax wall mount – does it hold up over time? #2966
Mike TurnerMemberMine has been up for about three months now with no issues. I honestly don’t think it’s that heavy so the hooks should be fine as long as you put them in right. People overthink this stuff.
Mike TurnerMemberIt’s not locked. You can swap SIMs whenever you want. The built-in eSIM thing is just their upsell, nothing more.
Mike TurnerMemberAlright, I’m over it. The replies make sense. Set it and forget it, same as before. Not gonna overthink a timer.

Mike TurnerMemberIt works fine for most people. If yours is leaking, check if the hose end is in good shape or if the o ring is seated right.
4 de June de 2026 at 16:26 in reply to: Anyone else have trouble keeping SleepZee in place all night? #2277
Mike TurnerMemberWorks fine for me. Stays put all night once I got the mold right. Probably just gotta give it a bit more time.
2 de June de 2026 at 06:05 in reply to: Is the AiraBreeze supposed to make that noise when the water runs low? #2044
Mike TurnerMemberMine doesn’t make any noise worth mentioning, even when it’s almost dry. Maybe some units are just louder than others.
Mike TurnerMemberTried one for a few months. Sleep data was consistent enough to notice bad nights, but I wouldnt trust it for anything serious. Charging it got old fast though.
1 de June de 2026 at 09:55 in reply to: PolorVision vs older yellow night glasses — any real difference? #1989
Mike TurnerMemberI mean, at the end of the day they’re both just glasses. I tried the PolorVision once and honestly couldn’t tell if it was doing anything special or if I just wanted it to work because I paid more for it. Probably not worth overthinking it.
Mike TurnerMemberI’d guess it probably uses less water if you’re not standing there holding the trigger open forever, but I haven’t bothered to measure it. The stream does feel a lot more focused, so you’re not just soaking a wide area for no reason. Seems like common sense, but I wouldn’t swear by it without actually testing.

Mike TurnerMemberMine’s been clipped to the outside of my bag for a while now and I haven’t had any issues with snagging. People worry about it too much, it’s not that fragile.
