Hey, I’m looking at the Qinux Gravizer for some DIY stuff, but I’m wondering if it comes with any kind of storage case or pouch. I’d probably toss it in a drawer or a bag with other tools, so I don’t want the tips getting lost. Anyone know if it includes something for that?

From what I remember reading, it does not include a pouch or case. Just the pen itself and the different tips in their own little slots in the box. I would not rely on the original packaging for long term storage, but that is pretty typical for these kinds of tools.

I keep mine in the little box it came in, honestly. The tips have their own slots so nothing rattles around, and the box is small enough to fit in a drawer. I wouldn’t count on it surviving a rough bag toss though.

The little box it arrives in is decent enough to keep everything together if you’re just tossing it in a drawer. I’ve had mine for a few months now and haven’t lost anything yet, though I couldn’t tell you if it’d survive being thrown loose into a bag with heavier tools.

I get that the tips are tiny and easy to misplace, but I think the packaging situation is better than people give it credit for. Mine came in a sturdy little box with the tips tucked into their own foam slots, so nothing is rolling around loose. It’s not fancy, but it does the job if you’re just tossing it into a drawer or a tote. I’ve had mine for a couple of months now and I just put it back in the same box after each use. It takes two seconds.

I do get the concern though, because if you’re the type to dump everything into one bag without looking, those small heads could definitely vanish. But I’d say the included box is enough for normal storage. I wouldn’t skip buying it over that.

No case or pouch in the box, just the pen, the tips, and a charging cable. I think they expect you to keep it in the packaging it comes in. I just leave mine on my desk in a small cup with the tips in a tiny pill container, works fine for me.

I’m not sure why people expect a pouch for something this small. Mine sits on my desk most of the time anyway, and the tips are easy enough to keep track of if you just put them back where they came from. I wouldn’t let the lack of a case be the deciding factor.

I would just toss it in a ziplock bag if you’re worried. That’s what I do with small tools like this and it works fine. The tips are tiny but as long as you keep them together somehow you’re good.

I actually think the lack of a case is a bit overblown. Mine came in a small cardboard box with a molded insert that holds the pen and the tips in place, and that is where it lives when I am not using it. I keep the box on a shelf in my workspace, so I really do not see the need for a separate pouch.

I have had mine for a couple of months now and have used it on a few wood projects. The tips are still all accounted for because the insert keeps them snug. I would not want to carry it loose in a bag with other tools though. That seems like a good way to snap a tip or scratch the pen itself.

If you are the type to toss things into a drawer without their packaging, then you will probably want to find your own solution. But for me, the original box works fine for storage.

No case or pouch included, that’s pretty clear from the box. The tips are small enough that you’ll want to keep them in the original insert or something similar. I just keep mine in a drawer with the tips tucked back where they came from, and that works fine.

Mine didn’t come with anything either, but I actually don’t think it’s that big of a deal. The tips screw in pretty securely when you’re using it, and I just leave whichever one I need attached most of the time. So the spares just sit in the little box it shipped in on my shelf.

Mine didn’t include any pouch either, just the molded tray inside the shipping box. If you’re planning to mix it in with other tools, I’d grab a small zippered bag or something before you lose those tips. They’re not huge and would definitely disappear in a drawer.

Good to know I’m not the only one who noticed that. Sounds like the molded insert is the way to go if you want to keep everything together. I was hoping for something a bit more rugged but honestly for the price I’ll just be careful where I put it. Appreciate the heads up everyone.
