I’ve been looking at the Herz P1 Smart Ring and the 6 day battery claim sounds nice, but I’m wondering if that’s realistic when you actually wear it 24/7 with all the health stuff running. Anyone here getting close to that or is it more like 4-5 days in real life?

i get about 5 and a half days with mine, which is close enough for me. the 6 day claim probably depends on how much you check the app and sync, but i’ve never been disappointed by it.

I get about 5 days out of mine and that’s with all the tracking stuff on. 6 days is probably if you barely look at it. Not a big deal, still lasts long enough.

I doubt it. Those battery claims are always under perfect lab conditions. Expect less in real use.

I think it depends a bit on how much you use the notifications or check the app. I turn off some of the extra alerts and mine usually goes about 5 and a half days before I need to charge it. Good enough for me, honestly.

I get a solid 5 days out of mine with everything on, so 6 isn’t totally out of reach if you’re not obsessively checking the app. Plenty good enough for me, I just throw it on the charger when I shower and it’s fine.

I get pretty much the full 6 days with mine, but I think it depends on how much you mess with the app or get notifications buzzing through. I just put it on and forget about it, so maybe that helps.

I’d probably just charge it when I shower and not worry about it. 6 days or 5, still beats charging a watch every night.

I’m tempted by the 6 days too but honestly even 4-5 sounds fine to me if it tracks everything well. I think I’d be happy either way.

I haven’t tested it myself but 6 days seems like one of those numbers they pick because it sounds good in ads.

I think the 6 day claim gets a little too much scrutiny sometimes. Even if you only get 5 days, that’s still way better than most smartwatches out there.

I think 6 days is probably doable if you’re not constantly checking the app, but I’d be happy with anything over 4 honestly. Charging it while I shower sounds like a good habit anyway, so I’m not too worried about hitting the max.

I think people overthink the battery thing. Even if it’s 5 days, you’re still charging it like twice a week. That’s fine by me.

I’ve seen a few people say they get close to 6 days if they keep the ring off the charger and don’t fiddle with the app constantly. The magnetic charger is quick enough that a quick top-off during a shower probably keeps it going.

Yeah I’ve been wearing mine for a few weeks now and I’m getting around 5 days pretty consistently, so the 6 day thing seems possible if you’re not checking the app much. Either way it’s been fine for me, charging it while I shower works well enough.
