I just grabbed a pack of AAs from the grocery store and it’s been fine for my morning coffee. No issues with the mixing or anything.
Should be fine for a patio. I’ve seen people use it for that without much trouble. Probably depends on how dirty it is, but for a normal weekend job it’s probably enough.
It’s fine for a slow kitchen drain. I used it on mine and the foaming cleared out the gunk in one go. Nothing special but it does the job.
I think six months is probably a rough ballpark. Mine’s been fine for a couple months so far, no complaints.
Can’t say I’ve had any trouble with it. The wings are flexible enough that it just squishes in wherever. I keep mine on a shelf with a couple other pillows and it fits fine.

I’ve got a cockapoo too. I usually just book him in when his fur starts bugging me, which ends up being around 7 or 8 weeks. The eye area is usually what makes me cave.

Honestly it’s been fine for me. I was worried about the same thing but it never feels awkward during use. The finger hole does lock your grip in a way that makes the handle shape less important.
I’ve had mine for a few weeks and the pads stick fine for neck and shoulders even when I’m shifting around. Just make sure your skin is dry before you put them on. Not really an issue unless you’re doing cartwheels or something.
I’d guess you’re fine for a couple years easy. The battery isn’t doing anything unless you pull the pin so it’s basically just sitting there. I’d grab one and not worry about it.
I have pretty small fingers too and it fits fine on my index finger. The ring is lighter than I expected so it doesn’t feel like it’s going anywhere.
I’d still use it without ice. The fan alone moves enough air to feel better than nothing, and the water mist adds a tiny bit of coolness when it hits you. Ice is just a bonus if you have it.
Not totally sure about super fast back and forth, but for quick check in style calls the delay seems manageable. I think it handles well enough if you’re not trying to interrupt each other. I haven’t tested it in a heated back and forth though.
I’ve been thinking about getting one of these, so this is good to know. Does the smell come back after you run it for a bit or does it linger?
Makes sense, thanks for the replies. Sounds like it’s basically the same cost either way, so I’ll just go with whatever feels better in the room. Probably stick with the old one for now since it’s already here.
I’d probably just toss it in my bag and see what happens. If it’s loud enough for a coat pocket, it’s probably fine for most bags too.
I think I’d probably just use my own SIM from the start. Less hassle than dealing with another account.
Honestly I just use it with a bucket most of the time. The hose connection worked fine the few times I tried it but I didn’t really see the point since you still have to drag the hose around.
Honestly, I haven’t really tested it in a scientific way, but I’ve had mine on self-cleaning for about a week and the battery still seems fine to me. I just charge it when I remember, maybe every 3-4 days. Not totally sure how much the auto mode actually drains it, but it hasn’t been a problem so far.
Good to hear it works for most people. Sounds like it’ll do what I need for a few hours at my desk. Might just grab one and see how it goes.
