Honestly, I’d say it’s not totally silent, but it’s more of a soft hum than anything annoying. I’ve got mine in my room and I can barely hear it over my computer fan.
I haven’t really noticed a huge difference myself when I’ve tried it on the TV, but I wasn’t playing for that long. Probably depends on the game too, some might be more demanding than others.
I mostly just charge mine at night and haven’t really paid attention to the heat, but it’s never seemed off to me.
I haven’t really thought about it much, but mine feels like a gentle warmth too. I think that’s just how the far-infrared thing works, it’s not supposed to be super hot like a heating pad. I actually like it because it’s subtle enough that I can wear it for a while without feeling uncomfortable.
I think dark paint hides imperfections better than light paint in general, so even if the cloth doesn’t fully erase everything, the improvement should be more noticeable. Probably worth a shot if the price is alright.
I skimmed through this and honestly it’s just a sharpening guide. If you don’t trust your freehand yet it’ll save you some frustration but it’s not going to magically fix a bad chain. Works fine for what it is.
I only used mine in a small bathroom once and it was fine, but I got nervous about the steam and moved it back.
I think people might be overthinking it a bit. For a small bedroom it does enough to take the edge off, at least in my experience.
I’ve got a drafty room too and honestly I just accepted it’s a spot warmer. The Epicooler keeps me comfortable where I’m sitting but the rest of the space is a lost cause.
I get the concern but honestly I think it’s fine. The fan is pretty light so the hooks don’t have much to hold. I’ve had mine mounted for about a month now and it hasn’t moved at all.

I picked one up mostly because my old pillow was flat and my neck hurt. The cooling is whatever, not life changing, but I do wake up less sweaty than before. That alone is enough for me to keep using it.

I’ve seen a few people mention the Mini 2 as the safer option, and I get that, but I think the Black Falcon really depends on what you’re willing to compromise on. I’ve messed around with one and the camera is okay for quick stuff, but it definitely feels more toy-like than I expected in the wind. Not terrible, just not something I’d rely on if I wanted anything more than a few short clips.
I just keep a charger in the car, so it never really bothers me either way. The wireless part is convenient enough that I don’t mind plugging in if I need a top up.
I messed around with the puzzle games on mine a bit and they worked fine for killing time. Definitely not something I’d buy it for, but since you’re already getting it for streaming, it’s a nice little extra to have around.
I switched from a foil sleeve to the card a while back and haven’t noticed any difference in how well it blocks. The convenience of just tossing it in my wallet is worth it to me.
I think it probably depends more on how you apply it than the paint color itself. I’ve seen people get haze with other products when they use too much or don’t buff evenly. Usually a quick second wipe sorts it out if anything shows up.
I’ve had mine running for longer than that by accident and it was still working when I got home, so I wouldn’t worry about it.
I feel like it helps more with the chlorine smell than the actual hard water minerals. The film on my shower door is still there, just maybe not quite as bad.
I guess it depends on how much other stuff you’re carrying. I’ve seen some foldable ones that would probably squeeze in a 20L bag if you don’t pack too much else.
I tried SynGas on my 2011 sedan and it seemed fine after the first week or so. The OBD2 port worked without any glitches for me. Not totally sure about all older models though.
Pretty common stuff with these foldable drones honestly. The battery drain in wind is just physics, light drones have to work harder. App connection drops have happened to me a few times too but usually reconnects quick enough. Still a decent little flier for what it costs.
