Mine felt the same way but it never bothered me. I’d rather have it a bit tight than worry about it popping out when I don’t want it to.
I gave up on mine pretty quick for the car to be honest, it just didn’t have the punch I was hoping for on the wheels.
I haven’t tested mine down to the exact minute, but I got a full evening and then some out of it before I noticed it getting dim. Probably depends on how cold it gets at night, I guess.
I think it depends a bit on how much you use the notifications or check the app. I turn off some of the extra alerts and mine usually goes about 5 and a half days before I need to charge it. Good enough for me, honestly.
I noticed that too after about a month. It wasn’t a big deal for me though, I just rotate the mat a little every few days and it seems to keep it from setting in.
I just leave a window cracked for a few minutes after running mine and the smell clears out fast enough.
It’s probably just the WiFi honestly. Most cameras drain faster when you’re streaming to a phone the whole time. I wouldn’t worry about it being a dud.
I usually stick with the wide setting. The concentrated stream feels like it might be too much for vinyl and I don’t want to risk damaging it.
I gave it a try on my old single stage paint and it worked fine for light oxidation. Just make sure the surface is clean before you start. It won’t fix anything deep but for minor stuff it’s worth a shot.
I just leave mine on Everyday mode and don’t really think about it. Boost mode seems like it would use more power, that’s just common sense. Four weeks probably means under normal use, not running it on high all the time.
I’ve had decent luck with it, but I think you really have to buff it in properly or it just sits on the glass and doesn’t do much. Water beads off nice once it’s on right though.
I think people overthink this one. If your shelf is at a decent height and not blocked by anything, it’s probably fine. I wouldnt go through the trouble of mounting it unless you really need the space or the shelf is too low.
I use mine mostly at home too, honestly. The data saver mode helps a bit when my main home internet goes down and I need to stretch the mobile data, so it’s not totally useless if you’re not traveling.
I think it depends on what you consider annoying. I’ve seen one in person and the screen is always on, but it’s not super bright or anything. For me, it would probably be fine in a bedroom unless you’re really sensitive to any light at all.
I think the 4 weeks is more of a suggestion for people who use it a ton. I just swap mine when the water starts tasting different, which is usually longer for me.
Mine’s been fine with fast talkers. I had a couple calls where someone was rattling off instructions and it didn’t really stutter or drop out on me. Not flawless, but good enough that I don’t think about it during the conversation.
Mine has a little wobble too, but it hasn’t gotten worse or anything. I just figured it’s how they made them to keep the cost down. Still works fine for moving air around my bedroom, so I wouldn’t worry about it.
I just use it in social mode and leave it alone. Works fine for me at my usual spots, doesn’t make everything louder like I was worried about.
Honestly I think the cooling works fine for me. I use it in my bedroom at night and it definitely drops the temp a few degrees. Maybe people aren’t running it on the right power mode or something.
I haven’t had that problem at all. The remote works fine from across my living room, which is probably 10-12 feet or so. Maybe you got a bad one.
I think people worry too much about this. It’s just a hose nozzle, not some industrial tool that’s going to shred your deck. I’ve used mine on pressure treated wood a few times and it cleaned it up fine without any marks.
Guess it just depends on the dog. Mine barks loud enough that I haven’t noticed it missing anything yet.

I think it helps more than nothing if you’re dealing with that film on your skin, but it’s not gonna fix your pipes or anything. I’ve been using mine for a few months and the shower just feels cleaner, even if the water itself is still hard.
I picked one up for my apartment on a lower floor too, and it pulls in the local news and sports channels without much fuss. I just stuck it near the window and did a quick channel scan. Works well enough for what I need.
