Honestly I think the whole “which one is better” thing comes down to what you’ll actually keep using. For me the mask wins just because I can wear it while doing dumb stuff around the house. Yeah the panel probably hit more surface area, but I wasn’t using it half as often.
I think the main thing is just remembering to swap the pouch out. The spray was fine but I always forgot to do it, so it kinda lost its point for me. The pouch is more of a set it and forget it thing until the month rolls around. Not totally sure it works any better, but it fits my routine easier.
I think you’re fine as long as the door is shut. UV-C doesn’t really bounce off walls or sneak through gaps like that, it’s more about direct exposure. I usually just set the timer and walk out, then come back when it clicks off. Probably worth giving it an extra minute or two before you open the door again though, just to be safe.
I’ve never mounted anything on brick myself but I’d probably just wing it with whatever hardware came in the box and hope for the best. It’s not like the screen weighs much so I can’t see it being a huge deal.
I think people overthink this. It’s a fan, it makes some noise, just turn it on low and you’ll barely notice it. Way better than that old rattler you’ve got.
I noticed the same thing and just threw a thin rug under mine. Problem solved and the mat still works fine.
I think it’s partly just getting used to the weight after a while. I remember feeling the same on my first longer session but it seemed less noticeable after a few tries.
I haven’t really tested the hydrophobic part much, I just wanted the scratches gone. The shine is still there after a few weeks so I’m not complaining.
Pretty sure it needs the phone for GPS if you want actual maps or distance tracking. The step counting and basic stuff logs on the watch itself, but anything more detailed seems to rely on the app being connected. Not a huge deal for me personally.
I doubt it’s a dud, mine is the same way. I just turn it on anyway and forget about it after a minute or two.
It’s just full hour increments, so 2 hours works fine. I wouldn’t overthink it, it shuts off when you set it.
I’d just go for it honestly. I toss mine in a card slot in my travel wallet and never had it fail to ping when I checked. The cover isn’t thick enough to be a problem.

I had the Clip 3 and the clip on that was kind of a pain to get around thicker straps. From what I’ve seen of the 5 it does look like a bigger opening, so I’d guess it’s easier. Not sure if the plastic is any different but it seems fine for light use.
I noticed mine gets warm too but it’s never been hot enough to worry me. The collar itself works fine for tracking my dog around the yard, so I just charge it and don’t really pay attention to the charger temp.
Honestly, I’ve used mine for a full wash on my SUV and it didn’t die until I was basically done. Even if it cuts out a minute early, you’re just wiping down a wet car at that point. Not a big deal.

Alright, that all makes sense. I think I was just overthinking it because the fan felt cooler and I was running it longer on a higher setting. Appreciate the replies, I’ll stop worrying about the ice cubes now.
I’ve had mine plugged in with parking mode for a few months now and honestly haven’t noticed any battery issues, even after leaving the car sitting for a couple of days. The motion detection seems pretty conservative about when it actually starts recording. I think as long as your battery isn’t already on its last legs, it’s probably not something to lose sleep over.
