I think some of it might just be how the mic picks up different frequencies. Mine catches the low rumbly barks fine but seems to ignore the higher pitched yaps sometimes. Not sure if that’s by design or just how it works.
Never had a problem with mine. Screwed it onto a regular hose and it didn’t leak or anything. Seems like it either works or it doesn’t depending on your luck with the threads.
I have been using mine for about six weeks now, mostly for the red light setting, and I haven’t been keeping track of wrinkles or anything. The straps have never slipped on me, and it is comfortable enough to just put on and forget about for 15 minutes. I’d say it is worth it if you want something easy to use, but don’t expect magic overnight.
I just hit the longest timer and leave. Auto shutoff is nice so the thing isn’t running for two hours if I get distracted. Not really a time saver, more of a safety net.
I’d give it a shot if your water is heavily chlorinated, it’s not going to fix everything overnight but it did take the edge off for me. Mine’s been running a couple months and my hair isn’t as straw-like, still need conditioner though. It’s a decent enough upgrade for the price, just don’t expect a miracle.
It probably won’t feel as tall as you think once you actually lay on it. The foam gives way more than a regular pillow so the height changes.
I haven’t really paid close attention to the self-cleaning mode drain. I just charge it every few days and it’s been fine, haven’t noticed it dying faster than I expected. Maybe I’m not using it enough to tell.
Yep, that’s totally normal. When you were using wired CarPlay, your phone was plugged in and charging the whole time, so battery life was never really an issue. With TopCarPlay, the phone isn’t getting any power from the car, so you’re naturally going to see the battery percentage drop during longer drives. Nothing to worry about.
I think it stays put decently for the first hour or so, but I wouldn’t call it rock solid. I wore mine around the house for a few hours and still had to tug it back up once. It’s fine for a walk around the block but I wouldn’t trust it for a full day on my feet.
It’ll mess with NFC tags too since they basically run on the same frequency. Not a big deal if you just tap your transit card on the reader separately though.
The built-in cable is the only reason I grabbed one too. Honestly, mine lives in my bag and I barely think about it until my phone is almost dead, then it saves the day. I wouldn’t try to run a laptop off it, but for what it is it does the job. No complaints here.
Yeah that slider is buried in the settings but it does help. I turned mine down a bit and it stopped catching every shadow outside. Still get the alerts when the dog runs by so it works well enough for me.
Nah, I wouldn’t worry about it. I’ve used mine on the car a few times and it’s been fine on the wider spray. Just don’t hold it too close and you’re good.
I had one of those cheap desktop fans before and it was loud and annoying. The BreezaMax is quieter and the air feels more focused, not just a weak puff. If you sit close to it you’ll feel it fine.
It’s been fine for me with an old Galaxy I keep around. Maybe your phone just doesn’t want to play nice with that port.
I’d take the 2 year claim with a grain of salt. Mine’s been up for about 8 months with maybe 5 or 6 alerts a day and I’m already down to half battery. Still works fine though, just don’t expect it to hit that max number.
I think that’s just how the heat setting works on these things. It’s not gonna feel like a heating pad or anything. The pulses are the main feature, the warmth is more of a bonus.
Yeah there’s a slider in the app settings for motion sensitivity. I turned mine down a notch or two and it stopped picking up every shadow and headlight. Still catches the dog moving around so it’s a decent trade off.
I mean, I get it, but weighing yourself right after waking up is pretty much the standard for most people. The body fat number is gonna bounce around no matter what you do, so I wouldn’t stress over waiting.
I’ve had mine plugged in since day one and never really thought about unplugging it. The self-test runs automatically, so I’d guess it’ll just throw a warning if you pull the plug too often. Leaving it in keeps the backup battery charged, which is the only reason I don’t mess with it. Works fine for me.
