MemberI’d probably just try it on the bed honestly. The heat and vibration part still works fine on softer surfaces, so if that’s what you’re mainly after you won’t miss much.

MemberHonestly I just dump mine out if I know I’m done using it for the night. Takes two seconds and keeps it fresh in the morning 🤷♀️

MemberI feel like some plastics just show streaks no matter what you use. I wouldn’t stress over it too much.

MemberI feel like the cooling cover just makes it less stuffy feeling, not actually cold. It’s more about not waking up with a sweaty face than feeling a breeze or anything.

MemberHuh, I never really thought about phone position causing it. I usually just toss mine in the cup holder and it’s been fine for me, so maybe it’s just a cable thing like you said? Hard to tell sometimes lol.
9 de June de 2026 at 05:00 in reply to: Does remote control lag get worse if you use it from a different room? #2586Jenna Writes
MemberI think it’s probably just the distance and maybe your own body blocking it a bit. I usually just sit closer if it feels laggy, not a big deal honestly 😅

MemberI haven’t had mine long enough to really say, but I feel like the battery drains faster when I use the light a lot. Could be that.
8 de June de 2026 at 05:02 in reply to: Epicooler vs old space heater for winter — same power draw? #2513Jenna Writes
MemberI mean if the wattage is the same then the power bill should be the same, right? I think people overthink this one. The main difference is probably just how the air feels when it blows on you. Not a huge deal either way honestly.

MemberI think it probably depends on the angle you need more than anything else. Mine holds fine on a flat surface, but if your desk is really low you might have to nudge it a bit to get the right spot. Not totally sure if it would stay put if you bumped it, but for just sitting there and pointing up a little, it seems okay.
4 de June de 2026 at 22:19 in reply to: Guardality vs my old foil sleeve – any real difference? #2301Jenna Writes
MemberI mean, if you’re not having issues with either one, it’s probably fine. People get way too hung up on this stuff.

MemberIt prob just needs a little breathing room. I noticed mine gets warm if I leave it sitting on a soft surface like a bed or couch.
29 de May de 2026 at 09:45 in reply to: Does the FitiBeats LCD case show battery level for each earbud? #1743Jenna Writes
MemberI’d probably just assume it shows the case battery and maybe a combined level for the buds, but I’m not sure about individual left/right readings. Hopefully someone who actually has them can confirm.

MemberI think it depends what else you’re carrying, but honestly a 20L bag isn’t that tiny. I’ve seen people toss a compact drone in with their lunch and a jacket and still have room. Not really a big deal.
28 de May de 2026 at 22:08 in reply to: Can these portable coffee machines actually handle fine ground coffee? #1707Jenna Writes
MemberI feel like with some of the smaller battery ones, the grind size matters way less than people think. Ive seen a few friends just use their usual pretty fine stuff and it actually came out decent, no clogs or anything. Might just depend on the specific model but I wouldnt stress too much about it.

MemberHonestly mine helps a little in humid weather but it’s not magic or anything. I keep a bottle of cold water at my desk and fill it up when I need a quick breeze. It’s mostly just nice to have some moving air on my face while I’m working.
