29 de July de 2026 at 13:07 in reply to: Qinux BittOne and save states – does it actually work? #6055
Daniele RossiMemberI just use the in-game saves mostly, so I haven’t really tested save states much. But when I have used them, they worked fine for me. No crashes or anything like that.
Daniele RossiMemberI’ve had mine for about six months now and I’m still on the first filter. Honestly I just replace it when the water starts feeling a bit weaker.
18 de July de 2026 at 06:07 in reply to: Glokore Therapy Mask worth it for acne or more for anti-aging? #5413
Daniele RossiMemberI’d say it’s probably fine for both if you just want something simple. I wouldn’t worry too much about it being aimed at one thing over the other.
12 de July de 2026 at 14:00 in reply to: Jetterix spray pattern for cleaning siding – do you change it up? #5053
Daniele RossiMemberI’m curious about this too. The wide setting seems safer, but I bet the concentrated stream would make quick work of moss. Maybe it depends on how dirty the siding really is.
9 de July de 2026 at 22:54 in reply to: AerioQ wall mount — does it cool well enough for a small bedroom? #4893
Daniele RossiMemberI’ve had mine running in a room about that size and it cuts the humidity enough to make a difference. Not gonna blast cold air everywhere, but it takes the sticky edge off. I’d say it’s worth it for summer nights.
Daniele RossiMemberI get what you’re saying, but I think the vents do help a bit more than people give them credit for. I noticed less mouth dryness with mine, even if my mouth isn’t perfectly shut all night.
6 de July de 2026 at 06:14 in reply to: Anyone use PolorVision for reading road signs in bright sun? #4587
Daniele RossiMemberI keep going back and forth on getting a pair. The tint thing sounds like it could get annoying, but I mostly just want them for cutting glare on long drives.
Do they feel okay for wearing a few hours straight, or do they get uncomfortable?
4 de July de 2026 at 13:02 in reply to: Qinux Vapoxis on upholstery – anyone else feel like it needs more passes? #4481
Daniele RossiMemberI mostly use mine on car seats and it takes a couple passes there too. Doesn’t bother me much, I just figure that’s how steam works on fabric.
4 de July de 2026 at 05:30 in reply to: Does rain-x stuff actually make cleaning windows easier? #4449
Daniele RossiMemberI think it probably depends on the dirt. For basic dust and light grime it might help a bit, but I’m not totally sure it’s worth the effort.
29 de June de 2026 at 08:49 in reply to: Does PestVault actually keep rodents away or just mask smells? #4102
Daniele RossiMemberHonestly, if you’re just tossing one in a big garage I’d keep expectations low. I put a couple in a closet and it’s been fine, but I’m not sure it’d do much in a wide open space.
28 de June de 2026 at 07:14 in reply to: TP-Link RE700X: Does it work with non-TP-Link routers in access point mode? #4024
Daniele RossiMemberPretty sure it works fine. I used one with a Netgear router and it just showed up as an access point after plugging it in. No weird setup issues.
26 de June de 2026 at 19:23 in reply to: Does the Qinux AirdrobeX really handle wool sweaters well? #3930
Daniele RossiMemberI’ve dried a couple of thick wool sweaters in mine and they were fine. No shrinking or weird stretching. I just set it on the lowest temp and didn’t leave it in there too long. Good enough for me.
Daniele RossiMemberI figure if you’re already sitting in front of the TV, plugging it in is just easier anyway. I’ve used mine a few times that way and didn’t even check the battery, just kept it charging. Works fine for me.
22 de June de 2026 at 14:00 in reply to: Is the Qinux BreezaMax quiet enough for a bedroom at night? #3636
Daniele RossiMemberI keep going back and forth on this one. On low it’s supposed to be quiet, but I wonder if the oscillating part makes any clicking or motor noise as it moves back and forth. That kind of thing gets on my nerves more than the airflow sound itself.
Daniele RossiMemberI’d probably just keep it in the bedroom honestly. Moving it back and forth sounds like a hassle and I’d rather not risk forgetting it in there.
Daniele RossiMemberDrafty rooms are always going to be tough. I’d say if you’re warm where you’re sitting, that’s kind of the point with these portable units.
Daniele RossiMember500 ml sounds small but I usually just fill it up when I grab a drink or walk past the water cooler. Doesn’t really bother me.
Daniele RossiMemberI’ve been wondering the same thing. If it’s just a personal cooler, it might not be worth it for me.
Daniele RossiMemberI’d guess it still works alright with tap water, just not as dramatic. I’ve been thinking about getting one myself, mostly for the quiet fan part.
13 de June de 2026 at 17:06 in reply to: Does the ODIN SafeWave EMF actually do anything noticeable? #2935
Daniele RossiMemberI’ve had mine on for a couple weeks now and honestly I just leave it and forget about it. Phone still works fine and it doesn’t bother me, so I’m happy enough keeping it on.
11 de June de 2026 at 11:05 in reply to: anyone tried the Qinux BitBip 89 with an older non-4K TV? #2778
Daniele RossiMemberI’d probably just go for it. Most of these retro sticks scale fine on older TVs, not really something to overthink.
11 de June de 2026 at 07:47 in reply to: Does the Glacier Breeze actually cool or just blow air? #2766
Daniele RossiMemberMakes sense to me. It’s more of a humidifier with a fan attached than an actual AC. Works fine for keeping the air moving on a warm day though.
6 de June de 2026 at 21:54 in reply to: Does the Glokore Filtered Showerhead actually help with dry hair? #2446
Daniele RossiMemberI think it depends on your water. Mine felt a little less dry after a few showers, but I’m not totally sure if it was the filter or just me paying more attention. It’s decent for the price though.
6 de June de 2026 at 18:27 in reply to: Guardality vs my old foil sleeve – any real difference? #2433
Daniele RossiMemberThe card is just way less fiddly. I got one because I kept forgetting to put the sleeve back in my wallet after using a card and I don’t miss dealing with that.
Daniele RossiMemberI think you’re overthinking it a bit. I’ve had mine sitting on a dresser a few feet from the window and it still feels fine.
Daniele RossiMemberI mean you could always toss it if it doesn’t work. But I’d guess the foam squishes down more than you expect, so it probably won’t feel as tall as it looks out of the box.
