I’d probably just let it run. It’s a USB fan with a sprayer, not some delicate machine. The only thing I’d watch is if the water runs out and it starts blowing dry air, but that’s more annoying than damaging. I wouldn’t overthink it.
They help a bit, mostly because the hidden zippers make it harder for someone to just swipe something without you noticing. But honestly if someone really wants your stuff theyll just take the whole bag. I got one and it works fine for the bus, just dont treat it like a magic shield.
Honestly, if all you want is to turn off the living room lamp from the couch, just skip the hub. I got one of those Bluetooth bulbs for the same reason, use the app, and it’s fine. No point overcomplicating it if you’re not trying to automate the whole house.
I think it’s a bit much honestly. I just have one in the hallway near the bedrooms and it’s been fine for years. Feels like overkill unless you’ve got some specific reason to worry.
Not sure anyone’s run a proper test on that, but having a feature constantly pinging is bound to eat into battery a bit. It’s probably fine if you charge it every few weeks anyway.
I noticed the same thing when I first got mine. Honestly, turning the IR down to low made a decent difference for me and still works fine unless I’m in a pitch black room. Might be worth trying before you assume it’s defective.
I had the same reaction when I tried mine. The heat is barely there even on the highest setting, so I just stopped expecting much from it. The EMS part works fine though, so I still use it for that.
The built-in cable is honestly the main reason I’d consider one. I’m tired of carrying extra cords for something that should just work on its own.

That said, it’s not magic or a pro shop replacement and I think the marketing oversells it a bit. For weekend yard work though, works fine for me.

Not surprised the battery plunged that fast, I think constant live GPS and app pings eat it. Maybe lower the tracking frequency or turn off live mode on short walks if you want better battery life, not totally sure though. Charger felt flimsy to me too, and I wouldn’t trust it in proper rain.

Honestly, if you already have a cheap rotary tool like a Dremel, Qinux isn’t worth it. Dremel gives better control and cheaper bits, Qinux only makes sense if you specifically want something tiny and cordless.
