I wouldn’t overthink it. They’re lightweight buds, not bricks. If you’re that worried about comfort after a few hours just take them out for a minute.
It’ll overwrite old files on its own, same as most loop recording cams. Just don’t cheap out on the memory card, grab a high endurance one and you should be fine.
If anything it’s probably overkill for just weekend snaps, but that doesn’t mean it’s bad. The app thing is blown out of proportion, you pair it once and forget about it. People act like you need a degree to unfold the thing.
Mine works fine from my desk, which is about 10 feet away. I think people just expect it to work through walls or something.
I’d probably just stick it somewhere cooler if you’re worried. The adhesive is supposed to handle heat, but why chance it when there’s plenty of other spots on a laptop.
I’d probably just try it on a small spot first and see what happens. Not totally sure it’s worth worrying too much about unless the paint is already in rough shape.
Kind of doubt you’ll get a full 90 minutes blasting it on high. I’d just assume you’re looking at less than that and plan around it.
I’ve got one and it’s fine for what it is, but don’t expect it to actually drop the temperature in the room. If you’re sitting right next to it on a dry day, it feels noticeably cooler. I just wish the water tank was bigger so I didn’t have to refill it constantly.

It’s not cooling the room, it’s just blowing air over some water. If you sit close enough it feels fine, but that’s about it.
Some people get way too hung up on whether it’s placebo or not. If you feel better using it, that’s literally the whole point.
Honestly, I’d just worry less about the 4K label and more about whether the thing actually stays steady in the air. Blurry shots are often a flying problem, not just a camera one.
Works fine for me. I don’t do super fast back and forth but the delay isn’t bad enough to kill the flow. People are overthinking this.
Never bothered with the ice chamber. I just use it as a basic fan that adds a little moisture. It’s not gonna replace an AC but it keeps the air from getting stale. Works fine for what it is.
It’s a Qi card. If your old pad works with other Qi stuff, it’ll work with this. No reason to overthink it.
I tried mine on a soft mattress and it just sank in too much, felt useless. Floor works way better for me, keeps the pressure where it’s supposed to be.
Waking up a few times a night is pretty normal, especially if you’re not crashing from exhaustion. I wouldn’t overthink it unless you’re dragging all day.
Alright, thanks for the replies. Sounds like it’s not as fussy as I thought it might be. I’ll just give it a shot with my hose and see if it holds up.
Not really tracking wrinkles either, but the red light seems to calm things down after a bad shave or irritation. Straps haven’t budged on mine so far. Might be one of those things where you just have to keep at it for months to really tell.
Not totally sure why everyone overcomplicates this. It’s a hose nozzle, not a jackhammer. If you’re careful it’ll be fine.
