Glass is glass, steam is steam. I don’t see why it would be an issue as long as you’re not blasting the same spot for ten minutes straight. The heat from the oven isn’t going to do anything to it either since it’s already hot when you’re using it. You’re fine.
If the plug fits, you’re good to go. 2008 is way after OBD2 became the standard, so there’s nothing weird about your port that would stop it working. It’s not like the newer ports have some special shape or anything.
I think the save states probably work fine for most older games. It’s the more complex ones that might cause trouble.
I’d be more worried about the noise than the safety stuff. The fan hum gets old fast if you’re a light sleeper.
I got closer to 12 hours on mine, but that was inside the tent where it’s warmer. Cold air probably kills the battery faster.
I think if you’re just playing casually it’s probably fine. Not the most premium feeling controller but I didn’t notice any major cramping after an hour or so.
Oscillation probably uses a little extra power but I doubt it’s enough to worry about. Fan speed is where you’ll really notice the battery drain.
I think the outside is easy enough to wipe down. The filter is sealed inside so you don’t really touch it day to day. Replacing it every few months is the only real cleaning.
I’d probably put it somewhere that doesn’t get as hot just to be safe. Not sure how much heat it can take before the adhesive gives up.
I think it depends how tight it already is. The Guardality card is thin but it’s still an extra layer. If it’s already snug, it might push it over the edge for me. I’d rather have a slightly looser fit than force it.
I’d give it a shot if the dog is inside or close enough. The range on those things isn’t great so placement matters more than how stubborn the dog is.
I think you’re overthinking it. I tried a pair and didn’t notice anything off about signs, they just looked a bit more defined. Maybe it’s just your eyes adjusting.
Not really had that issue myself. I think it handles uneven ground fine as long as you’re not trying to go too fast.
I don’t really buy the grainy blobs thing. I took mine out a few nights ago and could make out details fine. Not daytime quality obviously but it’s not useless either.
I figure if they’re good enough to use while sitting around, they’ll probably hold up fine for most neck and shoulder stuff unless you’re doing jumping jacks. I wouldn’t overthink it.
I think the 4 week thing is more for heavy use. I go closer to 2 months and it still tastes fine to me.
I mean, it’s not dead silent. You can hear it when the fan kicks on, but it’s not loud or annoying. Fine for an office.
I think the wind thing is probably more about where you set it up than the screen itself. If it’s open on all sides, it’s gonna catch more air.
Works fine for a standard wash. I did my hatchback with some soap and a bucket and still had juice left over. Not gonna run a detailing business with it but it gets the job done.
I’m still on the fence about getting one. The close-range cooling sounds fine for my desk, but I’d probably want it to work without having to sit two feet away.
I’d be curious to see how it handles a really busy kitchen or bar area. Social mode might work fine at a sit-down place but I wonder about somewhere louder.
I think it depends on how much you care about the learning curve. The SawShark probably gets you consistent results faster than trying to figure out freehand filing on your own.
I’m kind of in the same boat, thinking about grabbing one for my drafty office. Sounds like it’s just a spot heater situation and you can’t really expect it to push warm air across the whole room.
