I’ve seen a few people mention the size issue and honestly I think it depends a lot on how you hold them. I’ve got pretty average hands and they feel fine to me, but I could see someone with really big palms finding them a bit cramped after an hour or so.
I kind of like that it’s subtle, actually. If it was really hot I’d probably get uncomfortable lying on it for a full session.
I usually just stick with the wide setting for the whole job. The concentrated stream works but I feel like I’d end up with a weird striped look if I’m not careful.
Honestly, I think people make this way more complicated than it needs to be. The antenna just grabs a signal and sends it down the wire. It doesn’t know or care if your TV has a tuner built in. Plug it into the converter box and run a channel scan. That should be it.
I kind of figured the “works night one” thing was just how they sell it. It worked okay for me after a few nights but nothing magical. I just figure it takes a bit to settle in.
I haven’t really tested video much either, mostly just use mine for navigation and music. Probably wouldn’t bother me enough to look into it further.
I noticed the same thing. Boost Mode is definitely the reason. I tried it for a few days and it dropped fast, so I just stick with Everyday and it’s been fine.
I’ve definitely noticed fewer mosquitoes inside since I started using mine, but honestly I didn’t expect it to do much for them. It’s more of a nice little side effect than a main feature in my opinion.
