I only really notice the stabilizers when I’m actually bending deep, like getting up off the floor. For just walking around they’re basically a non-issue for me. The thing I’d actually think about is the straps, mine needed a couple of wears before I figured out how tight to get them without cutting in.
The heat on mine is noticeable but subtle, kind of like a warm pack that’s been sitting out for a bit. It definitely helps loosen things up, but I wouldn’t buy it just for that feature. The stimulation part does more for my shoulders than the heat ever did.
