30 de July de 2026 at 12:17 in reply to: Do the SonaBuds feel heavy after wearing them for a few hours? #6112
Nina
MemberI think they’re fine honestly. I wore mine for a whole afternoon once while doing some online language exchange stuff and forgot I had them in. Maybe I just got lucky with the fit but they never felt heavy or like they were slipping out.
26 de July de 2026 at 15:16 in reply to: Anyone tried the Qinux BittOne for commute/portable play? #5866Nina
MemberI’ve seen a couple of friends use theirs on the train, and they seemed happy enough with it for quick gaming sessions. The screen does look crisp, even on medium brightness, so that’s a bonus for a commute.
19 de July de 2026 at 13:03 in reply to: NuraFix hydrophobic coating — does it actually last or is it just marketing? #5505Nina
MemberI’ve had mine on for about a month and the water still beads up when I rinse it, so it’s not just a one-wash thing in my experience. I don’t wash my car super often though, so maybe that helps. I was pleasantly surprised honestly.
19 de July de 2026 at 11:59 in reply to: Qinux BitBip 89 wireless controllers any good for bigger hands? #5501Nina
MemberI don’t have huge hands but they’re on the bigger side and I’ve been using mine for a few evenings now without any cramping. They feel lighter than I expected which actually helps a lot. I think as long as you’re not expecting them to be full size you’ll be fine for casual sessions.
12 de July de 2026 at 10:08 in reply to: Flixy setup question – can I keep it plugged in all the time? #5040Nina
MemberI’d actually be a little careful with that. Some USB ports on TVs stay live even when the TV is off, so it might keep drawing power all the time. Not sure if that wears it out faster, but it’s something to check in your TV settings first.
8 de July de 2026 at 10:00 in reply to: Guardality fit in a slim cardholder with 4 cards already? #4743Nina
MemberI’d say just go for it, you probably won’t even notice the extra thickness once it’s in there.
8 de July de 2026 at 06:49 in reply to: SleepZee says it works from night one but anyone actually notice that? #4730Nina
MemberI think the first night thing is probably just marketing. It took me a few nights to get used to the feel of it, but after that it’s been fine. My partner hasn’t complained since, so I’d say it does the job.
Nina
MemberI just run mine on Everyday mode and don’t really think about it much. Boost sounds like it would drain it faster, but I never bothered testing it.
2 de July de 2026 at 14:54 in reply to: Can NanoPolix handle old oxidation or just fresh stuff? #4352Nina
MemberI’d probably just use it to freshen things up before a road trip or something, not stress about making it perfect. As long as it looks less dull from a few feet away, that’s enough for me.
2 de July de 2026 at 13:22 in reply to: Does the AiraBreeze actually help in a humid room or just make it worse? #4347Nina
MemberI just leave the water off when it’s muggy and use it like a regular fan. Works fine that way and I still get the airflow without worrying about making things worse.
Nina
MemberI haven’t tested mine in total pitch black, but in pretty dark woods it was fine for seeing shapes and movement. Definitely not crystal clear like daytime footage, but I could tell what I was looking at within maybe 20-30 feet. Grainy blobs might be a bit harsh, but don’t expect HD movie quality either.
Nina
MemberI just have mine aimed at the couch from about 10 feet away and the IR picks up the outline of my cat just fine. It’s not going to be crisp enough to read a book cover or anything, but you’ll definitely see if the dog is up there or not.
24 de June de 2026 at 11:19 in reply to: Qinux HydroXeltor for car washing – does the pressure actually hold up? #3766Nina
MemberI actually got one for pretty much the same reason and it’s been fine on my car. The pressure is definitely better than just a regular spray nozzle, even with decent hose pressure. I wouldn’t say it’s a miracle worker but for dried on stuff it gets the job done if you’re not expecting power washer results.
20 de June de 2026 at 21:52 in reply to: Epicooler heating vs cooling, anyone else notice one is way stronger? #3511Nina
MemberI think it’s probably just how heat registers with your body more than the cooling being weak. I’ve noticed with mine that the cool air isn’t super dramatic right away but it does bring the temp down after a bit. Not totally sure if it’d handle a whole bedroom if the room gets really hot though.

MemberI wonder if it depends a bit on which finger you try. I tried mine on a few different spots and ended up on my ring finger where it feels pretty secure without being too tight. Haven’t had any trouble with the sensors during sleep or just going about my day.

MemberI think 500ml is plenty for a desk, especially if you’re not cranking it on max the whole time. I mostly use mine at my desk and it’s not like I’m constantly babysitting the water level. It’s small enough to toss in a bag for camping too, which is way easier than lugging a big cooler around.
Nina
MemberI’ve had mine for a while and honestly it’s been nice to have on my nightstand. It’s not gonna turn the room into an icebox but it’s enough to take the edge off when I’m trying to sleep.
14 de June de 2026 at 07:59 in reply to: Is it normal for the AlarmTag to beep softly when you pull the pin? #2986Nina
MemberMine does the same thing. I actually wondered at first if I was pulling it wrong or something but it seems like they all just do that little beep before the full noise. Not sure if it’s intentional but it works fine.
Nina
MemberI’m probably not the best person to judge since I got mine more for the neck support than the cooling, but I haven’t really noticed it being noticeably cooler than any other pillow. It doesn’t feel hot or anything, just neutral. I’d say if you’re a really hot sleeper, it might help a bit, but don’t expect a miracle.
11 de June de 2026 at 09:54 in reply to: Does NuraFix leave any kind of residue on plastic trim? #2774Nina
MemberI think it’s probably just how the plastic grabs it, but honestly it’s not that noticeable unless you’re really looking for it. I wouldn’t stress over it too much.
10 de June de 2026 at 21:07 in reply to: Does the ODIN SafeWave EMF actually do anything noticeable? #2749Nina
MemberI stuck mine on my laptop a couple weeks ago. Can’t say I notice anything different but it’s not getting in the way so I just kind of forgot about it.
Nina
MemberI think it depends on what you’re used to. I set mine for the longer time and that’s it, never really had an issue remembering it before I leave. It’s one less thing to keep track of for me.
Nina
MemberI’d probably just leave it where it can hear the main barks and not worry too much about the quiet ones. Mine picks up enough to feel like it’s doing something useful around the house.
3 de June de 2026 at 20:51 in reply to: Dustaclean runtime actually 30 mins or less in real use? #2206Nina
MemberI haven’t timed mine either but it feels like it runs out faster when I’m using it on the sofa, maybe the motor just works harder with more resistance. I’m not totally sure if it’s supposed to be exactly 30 minutes or if that’s just a best case number. It still picks up crumbs fine for a quick pass so I haven’t really thought about it much.
3 de June de 2026 at 18:28 in reply to: Anyone else have trouble keeping SleepZee in place all night? #2195Nina
MemberI think it’s probably just a fit thing. Mine moved a bit the first week too but I barely notice it now. Maybe try remolding it if it keeps bugging you.
Nina
MemberI think it’s probably fine. My parents have an older TV too and they just plug stuff in without thinking about it and it works.
