I’d say go for it. The converter box handles the tuner part, so the antenna itself just needs to plug in. Only thing I’d check is if the box has a coaxial input, but most of them do.
Huh, I haven’t noticed that myself. I’ve been using mine for a couple months now and the contrast boost actually helps me read signs better in bright sun. Maybe your pair is defective or something?
I don’t think the roaming is the main selling point if you’re mostly staying put. The battery life is nice, but honestly I’d just grab a power bank for my phone if that was the only reason.
I think mine lasts a decent while, not quite two full weeks but close enough that I don’t stress about it. I just toss it in my bag and charge it the night before a trip if I remember. Works fine for keeping nails tidy on the go.
I had mine for a few months now and honestly the remote battery is fine. I charge it maybe once a week and I use it almost every day for a quick training session. Not a hassle at all for me.
Alright, thanks for the replies everyone. Sounds like mine is probably working as intended then, just a slow build up. I’ll give it a few more sessions before I decide, but seems fine.
