MemberMine handles a thicker shake fine, no clumps, though I would not call it a blender.

MemberUsed mine on glass last weekend and it stayed even enough. No mess on the frames.

MemberI got one a few months back and mostly use it with tap water. Worked fine for me, no weird taste or anything. I did notice the bottle itself starts to smell if I leave water in it too long without running the cycle, but that’s on me, not the water source.

MemberI got mine about six weeks ago and I’m lucky if it gets used once a week. I can’t say I’ve noticed any dramatic changes, but my skin does look a bit less tired on the days after I use it. If you’re not expecting magic, it’s probably fine.

MemberI’d be more worried about the app than the Bluetooth pairing itself. The earbuds connect like any other set, but the translation stuff only works through their app, so if your Android runs that fine you’re good. I had more trouble with the app being clunky than with the actual connection.

MemberYou can smell it before you open it, faint, but it is definitely there.

MemberThe bucket thing is less about pressure loss and more about keeping the intake filter submerged. If the water gets low and the hose end sucks air, you’ll lose prime and have to mess with it for a minute to get it going again. I ran mine from a 20 litre bucket to do a quick rinse on my patio furniture and it was fine for that. The pressure is definitely softer than when it’s hooked to the hose, but for knocking dust off stuff and a fast car rinse it’s not a dealbreaker.
What caught me off guard is how quick it drains a bucket. You don’t really notice it until you look down and the water is almost gone. If you’re doing a full car wash, you’d need to refill a couple times. For a quick spray-down, it’s fine. Just keep the bucket topped up and you’re good.

MemberThe ice is a waste of time. I tried it a couple times and the extra cold feeling went away fast, so I stopped bothering. The thing still does its job with plain water, which is all I really care about on a hot day.
20 de August de 2026 at 19:40 in reply to: Does the SawShark work on all chain sizes or just some? #7553Gina Vale
MemberThe short answer is that you need to check your chain’s numbers before buying. I grabbed one for my Husky and it fit fine because I looked up the pitch and gauge first. The box says “many” for a reason, it’s not a universal fit. If you have a standard chain from a big brand, you are probably fine, but do not skip the 30 seconds it takes to check.
17 de August de 2026 at 14:44 in reply to: Qinux FelinStop placement, does it have to face a certain direction? #7344Gina Vale
MemberI just stuck mine on a post near the back corner and pointed it sort of diagonally across the lawn. No real science to it. The sensor seems to pick things up in a pretty wide arc, so I wouldn’t overthink the exact angle. As long as it’s not facing a wall or something directly in front of it, you’re probably fine.
One thing I did notice though, the solar panel matters more than the direction it faces. If you put it somewhere that gets shade most of the day, it’ll die out at night and that’s when you actually need it. So I’d worry more about sun exposure than aiming it perfectly at the fence line. Vague pointing at the yard is enough.

Member2008 is well past the point where OBD2 was standardized, so I wouldnt worry about the port version. If it plugs in, it should work. Probably the only thing to check is if your car has some weird proprietary setup, but that’s rare on a normal daily driver.

MemberI kind of think the opposite, honestly. I’d worry less about the room being too small and more about where you’re sitting relative to it. Even in a tiny space, if the unit is pointed away from you or behind some furniture, you’ll feel the difference. 80 sq ft is fine for coverage, but it’s not magic.
