Epicooler vs old space heater for winter — same power draw?

Honestly, I wouldn’t overthink it too much. If they’re both pulling the same wattage, the difference on your bill is basically nothing. I’d just go with whichever one feels better to sit near.

I kind of wonder if the Epicooler would feel different even if the wattage is the same. My old heater blasts hot air and dries everything out, but the Epicooler’s heating seems more gentle or something. I’d probably stick with what you’ve got unless the noise or the feel bothers you.

People make this way more complicated than it needs to be. Same watts, same cost, plain and simple. The Epicooler might feel nicer because it moves air around, but it’s not going to save you money. I’d just keep whatever works.
