I keep seeing people say you need to use it like 3 times a week for results, but honestly I’m lucky if I remember twice. Has anyone seen any change with the Glokore Therapy Mask on a more relaxed schedule? Just wondering if it’s still worth picking up or if I should wait until I can commit more time.

I’ve been using mine about twice a week for a couple months now and I can tell a difference in my skin tone, so I wouldn’t stress too much about hitting three times. It’s not like I’ve had some dramatic transformation, but my face looks calmer and a bit more even. If twice a week is what you can manage, I’d still say it’s worth picking up.

You can definitely get away with twice a week if you’re not expecting dramatic changes.

I use mine twice a week and honestly that’s been enough for me to notice my skin looking a bit more even. I also like that it forces me to actually sit still for 15 minutes. If you’re consistent with the twice a week thing, I think you’ll be fine.

Twice a week is fine if you’re not expecting a miracle. I did that for a while and still saw some change in my skin, just slower than the hype suggests. If you’re the type who’ll forget it in a drawer after two weeks, save your money.

I actually ended up returning mine, so take that for what it’s worth. I tried the twice a week thing for about six weeks and I just couldn’t see enough of a difference to justify the price. My skin felt slightly softer right after using it, but that wore off by the next day and nothing really built up over time. I know some people swear by the slow approach, but for me it felt like I was just going through the motions without getting anywhere. If you’re the type who can stick to a routine, maybe it works, but I’m not convinced it does much when you’re only half committed to it. I’d rather wait until I know I can actually do the three times a week thing than spend the money on something that just sits in a drawer.

If I were you, I’d just get it and use it whenever you remember. I travel for work too and my routine goes out the window half the time. I’ve been doing once a week at best for a while now and I still think my skin looks less blah than before. Not a miracle, but not nothing either.

I think twice a week is plenty honestly. I’m the same way where I forget constantly, so mine ends up being more like once a week half the time. Still noticed my skin looking calmer and less red after a few weeks. I’d rather do it sporadically than not at all.

I would say two times a week is probably fine for what most people actually need. I got mine a few months ago and I am definitely not the type to stick to a strict schedule. Some weeks it’s twice, some weeks it’s once, and honestly I still feel like my skin looks a bit calmer and less blotchy than before. Nothing dramatic, but I notice it.

The thing is, LED masks are kind of a slow burn anyway. Even if you were doing it three times a week, you probably wouldn’t see a huge difference after a couple of weeks. So spacing it out just means it takes longer to get there, not that it does nothing.

If you’re the kind of person who will actually use it when you remember, I’d say get it. Waiting until you can commit more time might mean waiting forever.

Three times a week is just what the manual says, but these things are cumulative. If you only manage twice, you’ll still get something out of it, it’s just going to take longer to show. I wouldn’t buy it expecting quick results on a lazy schedule though. If you’re already doubting you’ll use it, that’s probably your answer.

I did the once or twice a week thing for about two months and honestly saw next to nothing. My skin didn’t look bad, but it also didn’t look any different. I know people say it’s cumulative, but I got bored waiting for that to kick in.

I’m in the same boat with remembering, so mine gets used maybe twice a week on a good week. I’ve had it for about two months now and I do think my skin looks a bit less blah overall, but it’s not like a dramatic thing. If you’re not expecting miracles, I’d say it’s still worth it.

I got mine about six weeks ago and I’m lucky if it gets used once a week. I can’t say I’ve noticed any dramatic changes, but my skin does look a bit less tired on the days after I use it. If you’re not expecting magic, it’s probably fine.

I actually had a weird thing happen with mine. I bought it mainly for some redness around my nose and cheeks, and for the first few weeks I was pretty faithful, getting in about three sessions a week. Then life got busy and I dropped to maybe once a week, sometimes every other week if I’m being real. I didn’t notice any major regression or anything dramatic, but I also wasn’t seeing new improvements. It felt more like maintenance at that point.

Then I went on a trip for about ten days and didn’t take it with me. When I got back, I swear my skin looked duller and the redness was more noticeable. I did a session that first night and then again two days later, and it bounced back pretty quick. So for me, it seems like twice a week is enough to keep things steady, but if I drop below that for a long stretch, I can tell.

I wouldn’t say you need to stress about hitting exactly three times. I think the real issue is if you completely stop for weeks at a time. Once or twice a week probably won’t give you huge dramatic changes fast, but it should still do something over the long run. I’d say pick it up if you’re okay with slow progress. Just don’t expect miracles if you’re only remembering it every other Sunday.

I used mine about twice a week for a few months and still saw a difference, mainly in my skin texture and how calm it looked. It’s not like I was tracking it obsessively, but people noticed before I said anything. If you can manage twice, it’s worth it.

Twice a week is still more than some people manage. I kept telling myself I’d do three sessions and realistically hit two most weeks for a couple months. I noticed my skin looked less dull and a bit firmer, nothing dramatic, but there was a difference. If you know you won’t stick to three, two will still give you something.

Guess that settles it then. Seems like most people are getting something out of it even with a looser schedule, just maybe not the dramatic stuff. I’ll probably grab one and see how it goes with my usual forgetfulness.
