I’m thinking about getting the Glokore Therapy Mask but I can’t find much info on what happens if something goes wrong with it. Like if the lights stop working after a few months, is there any kind of coverage? I know it’s not a huge investment compared to in office treatments but still. Just wondering if anyone knows how the company handles stuff like that. I haven’t bought one yet so I’m just trying to figure out if it’s worth the risk.

Warranty info on these things is usually buried in a page nobody reads. I went looking before I bought mine and found basically nothing on the main listing, just a generic returns window. When I finally dug up the actual terms it covered defects for a short stretch, not wear and tear on the lights. That part matters because the lights are the whole product.

Where I changed my mind was after owning it a while. I assumed the company would just replace it if a section died. Then I noticed the fine print basically treats gradual dimming or a few dead LEDs as normal use, not a defect. So coverage exists on paper but it might not help with the exact failure you’re describing. I’m not saying they’d stiff you, just that the policy is written to be narrow.

For what it’s worth mine has lasted longer than I expected, so I don’t think it’s fragile junk. But I’d go in assuming you’re on your own once the return window closes, and treat any warranty as a bonus rather than a safety net. If that math doesn’t work for you, that’s a real reason to skip it.

I’d push back a little on treating it like it needs coverage at all. These masks are usually just a few LEDs and a battery, so the realistic lifespan is often tied to how well you store and charge it, not some hidden warranty. That said, if you’re someone who wants a clear return window, buy from a retailer with a standard 30-day policy rather than relying on the brand.

I’d wait until you can actually find the warranty terms in writing before buying. If they don’t clearly list coverage somewhere on the site, that tells you enough about how easy a claim would be later. I’d rather put that money toward something with a clear return window than gamble on a mask with vague support.

Mine died at eight months, nothing came of it.

I’ve been poking around the same thing and the warranty stuff seems to depend on where you buy it. Third party sellers usually have their own return window and that’s about it. If the listing doesn’t spell it out I’d assume there isn’t much.

Delivery matters more than the warranty wording for these. I ordered a mask from a smaller brand once and it showed up with a cracked strap, and they replaced it without much fuss because I bought direct. So checking where the seller ships from and how easy they are to reach might tell you more than the fine print.

Probably just a basic 30 day return window if anything.

I ended up going through the manufacturer directly instead of a random seller, mostly because I wanted the receipt to actually mean something if the mask crapped out. From what I remember when I looked, they list a limited warranty on their site, something like a year covering defects, but you have to register it or keep proof of purchase. I never had to use it though, so I can’t say how smooth that process actually is. My mask has been fine for about ten months now, used a few times a week, and the lights still work the same as day one. The one thing I’d say is buy from whoever will actually answer your emails, because that matters more than the fine print in my experience.

I’d just check the manual that comes with it once you buy, since that’s usually where the actual coverage details hide. Some of these brands list a short warranty in there but never bother putting it on the site. If it’s not in writing anywhere, I’d treat it like there isn’t one.

I actually got a full replacement when the strap clip on mine snapped about five months in. I bought it straight from their site and just emailed support with a photo, no big back and forth. So the coverage is definitely more than a return window if you go through the right place.

I had a totally different experience with the whole “buy direct for support” thing. I ordered straight from their website and when I had an issue about two months in, it was a pain to get anyone to respond. Ended up just fixing it myself.

I don’t think they advertise a real warranty anywhere, which is part of why I haven’t pulled the trigger either. Usually that means you’re relying on their general return policy and whatever your card offers.

I don’t think lack of an advertised warranty is automatically a red flag. Plenty of smaller skincare brands handle issues case by case through support instead of publishing a formal policy. If you’re buying direct, just keep your order confirmation and you’ll probably be fine.

I brought mine on a work trip and it survived being tossed in a carry-on for a couple weeks, so build quality seems decent for the price. That said I never bothered chasing warranty info either. For a mask in this range I just kind of accept the risk.
