MemberGot the AiraBreeze a few days ago. The fan speed dial wiggles a bit when I turn it. Not like it’s falling off, just feels cheaper than I expected. Anyone else notice this or did I get a slightly off unit?

MemberMine has a little bit of play in it too. I wouldn’t say it feels like it’s going to break, just not super tight. Probably just how they made them.

Sam ReadsMemberHuh, I hadn’t really noticed mine being loose but now I’m going to have to check. It’s such a simple dial I bet they’re all a little like that though.

MemberMine has a little wobble too, but it hasn’t gotten worse or anything. I just figured it’s how they made them to keep the cost down. Still works fine for moving air around my bedroom, so I wouldn’t worry about it.

MemberI think it’s probably just the way they’re built. Mine has a tiny bit of movement too but it’s been working fine for over a week now. Not a big deal for me honestly. Still cools the room okay.

Lisa HallMemberMine has some wiggle too. Doesn’t bother me since it still turns fine and the fan works as it should.

EthanFreeMemberMine has that too. I figured it was just the way they put them together to keep the price down. Doesn’t seem to affect anything when I’m actually using it.

Tom BillMemberPretty sure they’re all like that. Not ideal but I wouldn’t worry about it.

MemberMine’s got a little play in it too, I noticed it right away. Doesn’t seem to affect anything though, it still clicks through the speeds fine. Probably just the way they’re made.

MemberI barely touch mine once I set the speed I want, so the wiggle hasn’t really been an issue for me.

SarahMParticipantI wouldn’t worry about it too much. My mom has one and it wiggles a bit too, but it’s been working just fine for months now. Probably just the way they assemble them to keep costs reasonable.

MemberI think mine might have a tiny bit of movement too but I honestly never really noticed until I saw this thread. It still clicks into each speed fine so I haven’t given it a second thought.

Linda RobinsonMemberGuess it’s just how they’re made. I wouldn’t lose sleep over it.

Oliver BrooksMemberI noticed the same thing on mine, it has a tiny bit of wobble but the clicks are still solid. I just set it to medium and haven’t touched it since, so it doesn’t really bother me. Probably just a quirk of how they’re assembled.

RiversMemberMine has the same thing. Annoying at first but honestly the knob still works fine and it cools the room okay so I stopped caring. I’d just leave it unless it actually falls off.

MemberI’ve had mine for a couple weeks now and honestly I barely even touch the dial after I set it. It does have a tiny bit of movement but it hasn’t changed how it works or anything. Kind of feels like it’s just the design being a little loose.
