MemberI’ve had my iTagPro for a few months now and it’s still going, but I’m curious what other people are getting battery-wise. The box says up to 6 months but I wonder if that’s realistic with regular use. Anyone had to replace theirs yet?

KhanMemberI’m at about four months with mine and the battery is still showing as full in the app. I was expecting it to die sooner since I use the find sound a lot, but it seems to hold up fine so far.

Kevin CMemberI think six months is probably a rough ballpark. Mine’s been fine for a couple months so far, no complaints.

Tom in NYCMemberSix months is probably optimistic but mine’s been fine for about five now. Still showing full battery in the app and I use it daily for my keys. Not complaining.

MemberHonestly, I didn’t really think about the battery until I saw this thread. I’ve had mine for like three months and it’s still going strong on the original cell. Works fine for me.

MemberIt’s a coin battery, not a big deal to swap out. Mine’s been fine for a few months, and when it dies I’ll just grab another one from the store.

MemberI just keep a spare CR2032 in my bag, so I don’t really stress about how long it lasts. When it dies, it dies, and it’s a five second swap.

LiamWParticipantI’m around five months in and mine’s still going. Haven’t really kept track of how often I use it, but it hasn’t died yet.

MemberI’d probably just swap it out when it dies and not overthink it. Those six-month claims are usually best-case scenario anyway.

Emma ReadsMemberMine’s been going for about four months now and still shows full battery in the app. I don’t really check it that often though, just when I remember.

MemberSix months seems optimistic for any of these trackers. I wouldn’t count on it.

MemberI’ve had mine for about five months now and it’s still chugging along. I don’t really pay attention to the battery unless the app tells me it’s low, but so far so good.

MemberGlad to see I’m not the only one getting decent life out of it. Sounds like most people are hitting around the four to five month mark without trouble, so I’ll just keep an eye on the app and swap it when it finally gives up. Good enough for me.
