So I’ve had the Hewelth ReliefChain for a couple weeks now and I’m loving it for winding down after work. But I’m charging it like every 3 or 4 days and wondering if that’s about right for the battery. I usually do a full 20 minute session with the heat on medium. Just curious if that matches what other people are seeing or if mine might be draining faster than usual.

Honestly that sounds about right to me. I run mine on medium heat for about 15 minutes most nights and I’m charging every 4 or 5 days. If you’re doing the full 20 with heat every time, every 3 days doesn’t seem off. I wouldn’t worry about it unless it starts dying mid-session.

Charging every 3 or 4 days sounds pretty normal to me with the heat on. I use mine without the heat most of the time and still end up plugging it in about twice a week.

I’d say that sounds pretty normal for using the heat. I’ve had mine a bit longer and I’m in the same boat, every few days it needs a charge. No complaints here.

3 to 4 days sounds pretty normal to me with the heat on. I use mine without heat sometimes and it lasts way longer, but once you turn that on it drains quick. You’re probably fine.

Charging every 3 or 4 days is pretty much what I get with the heat on. I usually do a full 20 minute session too and it’s been consistent since I got mine. Sounds like yours is working fine.

3 or 4 days sounds about right for heat use. I usually skip the heat for a few sessions and I can easily go a week before charging. The heat definitely eats up the battery faster.

3 or 4 days sounds about right for heat use but I would probably just try turning the heat off a couple times a week to see how much longer it goes. Might give you a better idea if yours is normal or not.

Honestly that sounds pretty normal to me. I use mine with heat most nights and I’m charging about every 3 days too. Doesn’t seem like anything’s wrong with yours.

3 or 4 days with heat on sounds about right to me. I’ve noticed if I bump it to high heat it drains noticeably faster. Doesn’t seem like yours is acting weird.

Honestly, it sounds totally normal to me. I use mine with heat almost every day and I’m charging around every 3 days too, so I wouldn’t worry about it. It’s not like it takes forever to charge or anything.

Charging every few days with heat on seems pretty standard to me. I wouldn’t overthink it.

I think that’s pretty normal honestly. I do the full heat session most days too and mine needs a charge around the same time. I wouldn’t worry about it unless it starts dying way faster out of nowhere.

Pretty sure that’s just how it goes with the heat on. I think mine drains the same way and it’s not like I’m using it nonstop. Doesn’t seem like anything to stress over.

I charge mine around the same schedule and it seems fine to me. The heat definitely pulls more power so I wouldn’t expect it to last much longer. Sounds like yours is working like it should.

Three or four days sounds pretty normal to me. I use mine with heat maybe four times a week and it’s about the same. I wouldn’t stress over it.

Good to know, seems like the heat mode is just a battery hog. I’ll stop second-guessing it and just keep it on the charger when I’m not using it. Thanks for the reassurance, folks.
