Been using my Coolizi Coolzy for a couple of nights now and I’m still figuring out the fan behavior. Sometimes it feels like it runs steady, other times it seems to pause briefly. Is that normal for this unit or is there a setting I’m missing? Just curious if anyone else noticed that.

I’ve noticed the same thing with mine. It does that pause thing fairly regularly, especially when it’s been running for a while. I just figured it was the thermostat doing its thing, like it hits the temp and backs off for a bit before kicking back in. Mine does it more in cooling mode than heating, or at least it feels that way. It hasn’t bothered me much since the room stays comfortable either way. I wouldn’t stress about it too much if the temperature is holding where you set it. If it was cycling every few seconds that’d be one thing, but a brief pause here and there seems pretty normal for these units. I’ve had mine for a couple months now and it’s been fine, so I’d say just let it do its thing.

Mine does the same thing. I think it’s just the compressor cycling, like a fridge. Not something I’d worry about unless it stops cooling altogether.

It’s probably fine. Mine does the same every now and then, pauses for a second and goes back to whatever it was doing. I wouldn’t overthink it.

Mine does the same thing, pauses for a second or two and then keeps going. I just assumed that’s how it regulates the temperature once the room gets to where you set it. Hasn’t bothered me.

That brief pause is pretty normal from what I’ve seen. It kinda does its own thing depending on how hard it’s working. I wouldn’t worry unless it starts doing it constantly or the temp changes noticeably.

That pause is just the compressor doing its thing, it’s not a malfunction. Mine does it too and I barely notice it anymore. As long as it’s still blowing cool air when it kicks back on, you’re good to go. It hasn’t caused me any issues overnight.

I noticed the same thing when I first got mine, and it threw me off for a bit. The pause is pretty quick on mine, like a second or two, and then it just goes back to normal. I thought maybe I had bumped the remote or something the first time it happened, but no, it just does that on its own.

I sort of stopped paying attention to it after a while, honestly. It still keeps the room comfortable and I don’t notice it being annoying or anything. If anything, I figure it’s just doing whatever it needs to do to keep things steady. I’m not the type to overthink these things, so as long as it’s still blowing air and the room feels fine, I just let it do its thing.

I’ve only had it for a few weeks though, so I can’t say if this is how it’s always going to behave. But it hasn’t gotten worse or anything, which is good enough for me. I don’t think you’re missing a setting, it just seems to be how the unit operates.

The pause is just the unit resetting itself internally, not a problem. Mine does it too and I’ve never had an issue with the cooling. It’s one of those things you stop noticing after a week.

That pause is just how it behaves when it hits the temp it’s aiming for, or at least that’s what I’ve gathered from messing with mine. The fan doesn’t always shut down completely but it kind of hesitates and then picks back up. I wouldn’t go digging through settings or worry about a defect unless it starts doing it every few seconds or stops cooling altogether. I’ve had mine for a while now and it still does that little hiccup thing. You get used to it to the point where you don’t even notice it while sleeping. I’d just leave it alone and see if it keeps the room where you want it. If the temp holds and it’s not making weird noises, it’s probably fine.

I noticed mine does that too, but for me it’s more noticeable when the room is already pretty cool. It’ll run for a bit, pause, then kick back in. I just figured it was regulating itself, so I stopped paying attention to it.

If it’s pausing for a second or two, that’s just the compressor cycling. Mine does it when the room’s already at the set temp. I wouldn’t read too much into it unless it starts doing it constantly.

Mine does the same thing and I think it’s just the compressor stopping when it reaches the temp. It’s more noticeable if the room doesn’t change much. I wouldn’t call it a setting, more just how it works.
