Seen a few videos of the JetClean and thinking about getting one for weekend cleanups. I mainly want cordless convenience to rinse the car, bikes and patio furniture, not replace a heavy duty washer. Does it actually handle dried mud on driveways and wheel wells or is it mostly just light rinsing? Also curious if filling from a bucket is annoying and how long a charge lasts in normal use.

Depends what you need it for, but it’s fine for rinsing cars, bikes and patio furniture and light mud. Dried baked-on mud on driveways or wheel wells is hit or miss, you’ll need to pre-soak or scrub for stubborn stuff. Filling from a bucket is a bit fiddly but manageable, and battery lasts long enough for a few cars or an hour of spot work, not all-day jobs.

Got one last year. Battery lasted about 40 to 50 minutes so I could do my hatchback and a couple bikes, but it won’t blast off baked-on wheel-well mud without pre-soaking or a bit of scrubbing. Filling from a bucket is a faff but doable for quick weekend jobs.

I think that’s about right, mine ran around 40 to 50 minutes so you can do a small car and a couple bikes but not a full day. It handles light rinse stuff fine, baked-on wheel-well mud usually needs soaking or a brush first. Filling from a bucket is a bit fiddly, maybe annoying if you’re doing lots of refills but fine for quick jobs.

Roughly 45 minutes for me too, enough for a small car and a couple bikes but not a big patio run. Filling from a bucket is a bit fiddly and it won’t shift crusted mud without soaking and a brush.

Same experience here, battery lets me do a small car + a couple bikes then it’s toast. It won’t magically remove dried-on muck without soaking or a brush first. Bucket refill is a bit clumsy but fine for quick weekend jobs.

I think it’s fine for the stuff you mentioned, as long as you don’t expect miracles from it. I mostly use mine for rinsing off dust and light dirt, and it does that well enough with a bucket.
