Heater Pro X safe to run in a bathroom while showering?

I’d probably not risk it. Moisture and plug in heaters don’t mix well long term no matter what safety stickers they slap on it. Tip over protection won’t help you if steam gets into the internals. Just seems like asking for trouble to me.

People overthink this stuff. It’s a bathroom, not a steam room. If you’re not blasting it with water directly it’ll be fine.

I figure if the website specifically says it’s fine for bathrooms, that’s probably good enough. It’s not like you’re dunking it in the tub.

I’d be more worried about the outlet location than the humidity honestly. If it’s near the sink or tub you’re asking for trouble no matter what the safety specs say.

I figure as long as you’re not pointing the thing directly at the shower stream it’s probably fine. These little heaters are pretty basic, they just blow hot air around not like they’re gonna explode from a bit of steam.

I’ve had mine running in the bathroom during showers for a few months now and it’s been perfectly fine. The moisture hasn’t caused any issues as long as you’re not placing it right next to the shower head. I think some of the safety concerns are a bit overblown honestly.

Moisture is probably fine as long as you’re not dunking the thing in water. I’d be more annoyed if the tip-over shutoff is sensitive enough to kill it every time you bump into it. Seems like a gamble either way.
