MemberI’m thinking about getting the Qinux BreezaMax mainly for overnight use on my nightstand, and I’m wondering about the battery life on the lowest setting. If I run it on low speed all night, will it actually last through a full 8 hours, or do I need to keep it plugged in?
22 de June de 2026 at 07:28 #3605
Tom CallMemberHonestly I wouldn’t count on it lasting a full 8 hours. I keep mine plugged in overnight just to be safe.
22 de June de 2026 at 09:21 #3618
Maria_BakesMemberI’d just plug it in overnight and not worry about it. The battery life is decent but why risk it cutting out halfway through the night when you can just leave it on the charger.

Susan KennetMemberI think it depends a bit on your expectations. I’ve had mine running on low for about 6 hours without it dying, but I haven’t tested the full 8 hours myself. It seems to hold up well enough that I wouldn’t worry too much unless your room is really hot.

Tom RayMemberI think you’re overthinking it a bit. I just leave mine plugged in at night too, but that’s more because I don’t want to remember to charge it the next day. It probably gets close to 8 hours on low, but I’ve never actually tested it myself.

MemberI just plug mine in at night and forget about it. Battery life is fine for moving it around during the day, but I wouldn’t trust it for a full 8 hours on low.

MemberI’ve used mine on low a few times and it lasted maybe 6 or 7 hours before it gave out. Not totally sure it’ll go the full 8 unless you start at full charge.
22 de June de 2026 at 20:22 #3659
Rachel ColeMemberI wouldn’t bank on a full 8 hours. I ran mine on low once and it conked out sometime after 6.
22 de June de 2026 at 22:15 #3666
Zoe MatthewsMemberI’d just try it out on a weekend first to see how long yours actually lasts. It might vary a bit from unit to unit.
23 de June de 2026 at 06:27 #3674
Linda RobinsonMemberI’ve had mine on low in the bedroom and it made it through the night once, but barely. Next time it shut off around 7 hours. I’d say it’s close but not a sure thing.
23 de June de 2026 at 07:58 #3680
TommyWiresMemberI’d just plug it in and not worry about it honestly. Even if the battery conks out a bit early, you’re probably asleep anyway. I think people overthink these things for a nightstand fan.

MemberHonestly, I wouldn’t stress about it too much. I keep mine on low next to the bed and it’s usually still going when my alarm goes off, but I’m not really checking the exact time. Maybe it cuts out a little before the full eight hours but I’m asleep anyway so it doesn’t bother me. Just plug it in if you’re worried, it’s not a big deal.

MemberI think it probably depends a bit on the unit. Mine’s been fine on low for a full night most of the time, but I’ve had one or two nights where it seemed to cut out earlier. Not totally sure if it’s consistent.
23 de June de 2026 at 11:38 #3695
Owen21MemberIt’s probably fine. If it dies an hour or two before you wake up, you’re asleep anyway. Plugging it in just adds one more cord to deal with. I wouldn’t overthink it.
23 de June de 2026 at 13:03 #3700
Tom in NYCMemberFrom what I remember, the low speed is supposed to give you around 8-10 hours, so it should be fine for a full night. I’d still keep the cord nearby just in case, but I doubt you’ll need it.

MemberI haven’t tested it down to the minute or anything, but on low mine usually lasts through the night without dying. I just set it and forget it, works fine for me.

MemberI have one and on low it lasts me all night without any issues. I usually run it from around 11 to 7 and it’s still blowing when I wake up. Never felt the need to plug it in.
23 de June de 2026 at 16:43 #3714
AnnaKParticipantHonestly I wouldn’t worry too much about it. On low mine easily makes it through the night without needing to be plugged in.
23 de June de 2026 at 17:43 #3718
techguy22ParticipantI mean, it’s a fan, not a spaceship. On low it’ll last through the night without much fuss.

MemberAlright, good to know. Sounds like the low setting is good enough for a full night for most people, which is basically what I was hoping to hear. I’ll probably just grab one and not overthink it.
