So I just got the Qinux BreezaMax and I’m trying the wall mount with the hooks. It seems fine so far but I’m wondering if anyone’s had theirs fall off after a few weeks? I like the bladeless design and it’s pretty quiet on low, just not sure how secure the mounting is long term.

I wouldn’t worry too much about it falling off. Mine’s been on the wall for a couple months now and it’s still up there. The hooks seem solid enough for something this light.

Mine has been up for about three months now with no issues. I honestly don’t think it’s that heavy so the hooks should be fine as long as you put them in right. People overthink this stuff.

I get the concern but honestly I think it’s fine. The fan is pretty light so the hooks don’t have much to hold. I’ve had mine mounted for about a month now and it hasn’t moved at all.

I’m not totally sure the hooks are meant for heavy use long term. Plastic clips on drywall usually don’t get better with age in my experience.

I’ve only had mine up for a couple weeks, so I can’t really say about long term. It does feel pretty light though, so I wouldn’t expect it to just fall off or anything. I mostly just use it on the desk anyway.

Honestly I haven’t tried the wall mount yet myself, I’ve just been setting mine on a shelf so I can move it around easier. Makes me wonder if I’m missing out on a better setup though.

I just stuck mine up on a wall in the kitchen and honestly forgot it was even there until I saw this thread. Still holding fine after a month.

I think it’s one of those things where if you put it on a smooth wall and stick the hooks on right, it’s probably fine. I’ve seen a few people say they just set it on a shelf or desk and never bother with the mount.

I’ve been curious about the mounting too, but honestly I figure if it’s light and you put it somewhere stable it’s probably fine for most people.

I just stuck mine up on the wall in the hallway and haven’t thought about it since. Seems fine to me, it’s not that heavy anyway.

I mean, it’s pretty light so I can’t imagine it just falling off unless you really mess up the installation. Probably fine for most people.

I’d probably just set it on a shelf or desk and not bother with the wall mount. Seems like one less thing to worry about.

I’ve had mine mounted for a couple months now and it’s still up there with no issues. I just made sure the hooks were pressed on firmly before hanging it.

Good to hear the mounting seems to be working for others. I’ll probably just stick mine on a shelf and avoid the wall mount altogether, seems simpler.
