Kevin CMemberThinking about picking up a Qinux BreezaMax for my desk. Mostly just want something quiet for when I’m working. How long does the battery actually last if you run it on medium speed? Not looking for all-day use, just a few hours without having to plug it in constantly.

LauTopMemberI get wanting something quiet for work. On medium speed, I’d say mine lasts maybe 4 or 5 hours before it needs a charge, which is fine for a few hours at the desk. Not a beast, but not bad either.

MemberMine runs about 4-5 hours on medium if I’m being generous. Not exactly advertised numbers, but it does the job for a work session.

MemberI think I get around 3 to 4 hours on medium, maybe a bit less if it’s warm in the room. Not totally sure since I don’t time it, but it’s been fine for a few hours of work without plugging in.

Tom RayMemberI haven’t really timed mine properly, but I feel like I get around 3 to 4 hours on medium before it starts slowing down. It’s good enough to get through a few meetings or a chunk of work without hunting for the charger.

Tina MMemberI get what you’re asking, but I wouldn’t worry too much about the battery on medium. I’ve used mine for a few hours at a time without it dying on me, and it’s never been an issue for just desk work. The noise level is the real win here, honestly.

RyanTParticipantI’ve had mine on my desk for a few weeks now, and on medium speed it easily lasts around 4 to 5 hours before I need to plug it in. That’s with it running while I’m working, so it’s been fine for my afternoon shifts without worrying about the cord.

MemberI’ve had mine running on medium for a couple of afternoons and it held up fine. Never really timed it exactly, but it definitely got me through a few hours without hunting for the charger.

EliMemberI run mine on medium during the workday and it usually lasts around 4 or 5 hours before I need to plug it in. That’s been enough to get me through the morning without worrying about it. For just a few hours at a desk, I think you’d be fine.

TommyWiresMemberI usually run mine on medium just to keep a light breeze going while I’m reading, and I think I get around 3-4 hours out of it before I notice it slowing down. Not totally sure if that’s the official number, but it’s been enough for me to not worry about the cord during an afternoon. Works fine for what it is.

Kevin CMemberAlright, thanks for the replies. That’s pretty much what I needed to hear, a few hours is enough for me. I’ll probably just grab one and see how it goes.

StanMemberI think it handles medium speed pretty well for a few hours at a time. I’ve used mine on a couple of flights and it lasted through most of a movie without needing a charge. Not totally sure about exact numbers but it’s never died on me during a work session.

MemberI’ve had mine on my desk for a couple months now and it’s been fine on medium for maybe like three or four hours before I remember to plug it in. Honestly I don’t really keep track, it just runs until I’m done working.

MemberHonestly, I wouldn’t overthink the battery life on medium. It’s fine for a few hours, probably more than enough to get through an afternoon of work.

MemberI use mine on medium when I’m at my desk and it lasts long enough to get me through an afternoon without worrying about charging. No complaints here.

Rob CMemberI think it’s fine for a few hours on medium. Not totally sure why people are making a big deal out of it.

Kevin CMemberGood to hear it works for most people. Sounds like it’ll do what I need for a few hours at my desk. Might just grab one and see how it goes.
