MemberThinking about picking up an ODIN SafeWave EMF for my earbud charging case. The case is pretty small and rounded, so I’m wondering if the sticker actually stays on or if it’s too big for something that size. Not sure if it’s worth it for something I keep in my pocket anyway. Anyone tried it on a case like that?

EliMemberMine went on a Pixel Buds case and stayed put for a few weeks, but the case is more matte than glossy so that probably helped. On a really rounded one I could see the edges lifting a bit after pocket time. It’s thin enough that it didn’t bother me either way.

MemberI’d skip it on a case that small.

MemberMine actually stuck fine on a rounded case, though I did wipe it down first since those little cases get greasy in a pocket. It’s been on about two months now and hasn’t peeled at all. The size wasn’t an issue for me, it’s a small sticker.

MemberMine stuck to a case that curves all over, no peeling so far. The sticker is smaller than I expected too. For something in a pocket it’s a cheap enough experiment either way.

Matt__MemberMine wouldn’t stay on a curved case at all, peeled up within a day. On a flat spot it’s fine, but those little rounded cases are a no go in my experience.

MemberThe sticker is tiny, so it fits on a small case fine. Mine has been on for about a month and hasn’t moved. Not sure it does much for a case that sits in your pocket, though.

MemberI went with a different approach than sticking it to the case itself. Tried that on a compact case once and the constant in and out of a pocket is what kills the adhesive, not really the curve. The edges catch on the fabric lining and start lifting after a week or two. What I ended up doing was putting the sticker on the inside lid of the case instead of the outside. It sits flatter there, no friction from pockets, and it’s been on for a couple months now without moving. The case still closes fine since the sticker is thin. I know some people say placement doesn’t matter for these things, but if you’re going to bother putting one on a case this small, might as well put it somewhere it won’t get scraped off. So my answer would be yes it fits, but the outside of the case is the wrong spot for something you carry in your pocket all day. Worth trying the inside before you give up on it.

MemberMine’s on a case that’s rounded on the back and it’s been stuck for maybe two months now. The sticker is smaller than the case itself so it’s not like it’s hanging off the edges. It’s fine if you just want something on there, but I wouldn’t expect much from it.

TommyWiresMemberThat size thing was my main worry too, since those little cases are basically all curve. I’d say if you can find a flat-ish spot near the hinge it’ll sit way better than trying to slap it on the rounded side. Worth a shot for pocket use, honestly.

Jenna LeeMemberI stuck one on my case last week and it’s holding up fine so far. The spot near the charging port is flat enough that it doesn’t lift when I pull it out of my pocket. Curious how it does after a few more weeks though.

MemberI tried one on mine mostly because I had a spare, and it stuck fine but my case has a rubbery shell over it. The sticker actually grabs better on that than the bare plastic did. Whether it does anything, no clue, but it hasn’t fallen off in like three weeks.

MemberMine peeled up after a couple weeks because the case flexes a bit when I open it. It stuck fine at first, just didn’t love the curve long term. Might depend on where you put it though.

L_ParkerMemberThey fit fine on the flat part of a case but those little rounded buds cases are mostly curve. Mine sits near the hinge where it’s flatter and hasn’t lifted, but the rest of the case is too domed for it to sit right. Pocket carry won’t kill it though.

MemberI have one on my earbud case and honestly forgot it was even there until this thread. It’s stayed put for about a month with daily pocket use, no lifting so far. Fits fine on the flat side.

MemberI’ve had one on my earbud case for a few weeks and it’s stayed put fine. The case is small and rounded too, but I stuck it on the one flat-ish spot and it hasn’t budged. For something that lives in my pocket, I mostly notice it’s just there, which is what I wanted.

Maria_BakesMemberMine fit okay on a similar small case, but I put it on the top part instead of the side where it curves. Been a few weeks and it hasnt moved. I keep mine in my bag though, not a pocket, so not sure if that makes a difference.

RyanTParticipantMine fits better on the lid than the curve.

MemberMine’s been on my case for like two months now and it hasn’t budged, even with keys and coins in the same pocket. I stuck it on the flat underside instead of the curved part though, so that probably helps. Fits fine for me.

MemberProbably ends up on the lid or not at all.
