I’ve been using Omnihear for about a week, mostly for TV and small conversations, and they are low-profile and do seem to make voices clearer. The AI modes switch automatically and the charging dock is convenient. My only annoyances are occasional feedback when I move and the battery feels shorter than the 30+ hours they claim. Anyone else getting fit/whistle issues or is it just my ears?

I’ve had mine a couple weeks and one thing I like is how discreet they are — folks haven’t noticed at family dinners, which is a relief I think. Not totally sure if that’s my ear shape or the tips they sent. One minor annoyance is the touch controls feel a bit sensitive so I sometimes change volume when I brush my hair.

I think I forget I’m wearing them most afternoons, they feel light enough for doing chores or short walks. The charging case fits in a jacket pocket, so carrying them around is easy. Not totally sure about true battery life on long days yet.

Had mine a couple weeks and I actually think the case and buds feel pretty solid for the price, not cheap plasticky. I do get a little whistle when I fidget, so could be fit rather than electronics. Battery definitely feels shorter than “30+ hours” to me, so yeah that claim seems optimistic. Still does the job for shows and short outings.

Expected a miracle from the ads, but after a week it’s just a handy little boost for everyday things. Not life-changing, but I still grab them for chats and TV.

I use mine a lot for phone calls and walking around town, and voices on calls are way clearer. Everyone says feedback is just a fit issue, but I swapped tips and still get a tiny whistle when I move, so maybe the auto mode switching is partly to blame?

Different ear tips can really change comfort and clarity, so swap sizes around before you settle on one.

If that whistle keeps happening, it wouldn’t replace my old custom molds. For what it is, seems like a step up from the cheap TV amp I had.

Yeah, same here, they’re pretty low-profile and do make conversations clearer. Swapping to a smaller ear tip cut down on the whistle for me, fwiw. I’m skeptical about that 30+ hour claim though, battery dies way sooner with normal use.

Yeah I get what you mean about the battery, feels like it drains quicker than I expected but I haven’t really timed it or anything. The whistling hasn’t been a huge problem for me, maybe I just got lucky with the fit.

Honestly the battery thing doesn’t bother me that much, I just toss them on the dock when I’m not using them and they’re always topped up. The whistling only happened for me when I didn’t have the tips seated right, once I swapped sizes it was fine. Seems like a decent little gadget for the price.

The feedback thing is pretty common with in-ears if the fit isn’t perfect. I wouldn’t stress too much about the battery either, 30 hours is usually a best case number.

Had mine for a bit longer and the battery claim is definitely optimistic, but it still lasts long enough for a full day so I don’t really care. The feedback thing stopped for me after I tried a different ear tip size, so maybe that’s worth a shot. Works fine for what it is.

The whistling stopped for me after I messed with the tip size a bit. Battery life hasn’t been an issue, I just plug them in when I’m not using them.
