MarkD87MemberI got the SleepZee a few days ago and it definitely helps but I’m not sure about the whole ‘reduces snoring from the first night’ thing. First night for me was more about getting used to having something in my mouth. Second night was better but still not like magic or anything. Did it actually kick in right away for anyone else or did it take a few tries?

Lisa BassMemberI think the “from night one” claim is mostly marketing hype. It took me a good three or four nights before I stopped noticing it in my mouth enough to actually sleep deeper. It works okay for me now but definitely not magic right away.

Tom BriggsMemberTook me about a week before I stopped drooling on my pillow, honestly. It works fine now but that first night claim is a stretch.

MemberI think it took me closer to a week before I stopped waking up with drool on my cheek. Works fine now though, partner says the snoring is way better than before.

MemberI think it depends on how you adjust it. Took me a few nights to find the right setting, not just get used to it. Once I moved it forward a bit more it worked a lot better. Not sure if that counts as first night or not.

Rachel ColeMemberWorked fine for me the first night. I didn’t have any trouble getting used to it, so maybe it just depends on the person.

MemberI think the first night thing is probably just marketing. It took me a few nights to get used to the feel of it, but after that it’s been fine. My partner hasn’t complained since, so I’d say it does the job.

MemberI wasn’t sure if I had mine adjusted right at first, so that whole “works night one” thing felt off. Took maybe three nights of fiddling with the fit before it started doing what I expected.

Laura CheckMemberI think it’s pretty normal that it doesn’t kick in perfectly the first night. Took me a few nights to stop fiddling with it, but once my jaw got used to the position it started doing what it’s supposed to. Not totally sure about that “night one” claim either but it works well enough now.

Luis_A91MemberFirst night I barely slept with the thing in my mouth, so I wouldn’t call that a win. Took a few tries before I stopped waking up feeling like my jaw was in a weird position, but now it’s fine.

MemberI kind of figured the “works night one” thing was just how they sell it. It worked okay for me after a few nights but nothing magical. I just figure it takes a bit to settle in.

techguy22ParticipantI mean, it’s a mouthpiece, not a magic trick. First night is always gonna be about getting the fit right.

MemberI think it took me closer to a week before I felt like it was actually doing anything noticeable. First few nights I was just way too aware of it in my mouth to sleep deeply. Once I stopped thinking about it though, it seemed to settle in fine. Not sure if that counts as “works from night one” but it does the job now.
