Bought a ClairLite to zap phones, keyboards and the odd bathroom handle. It’s small and handy, but not sure how much good it really does. Anyone use one regularly and notice a real difference or is it mostly for peace of mind? Depends what you need it for, I guess.

Bought one as well and the size/quietness actually means I use it instead of letting it sit in a closet. My phone and keyboard feel less gunky after a couple of short runs, so I keep it for quick touch-ups rather than full cleans.

Not totally convinced it’s anything more than peace of mind, to be honest. Maybe rooms feel a bit less musty after a run, but I still wipe things down.

I’ve had a ClairLite for a month and zap phones/keyboards a few times a week. Feels like decent peace of mind and things do smell fresher after a run, though I still wipe off any visible gunk. Compact and the remote/timer actually make it annoyingly easy to use.

Picked one up too. I mainly zap my gym bag and the TV remote, things smell a bit fresher afterward so maybe it helps. Not totally sure it’s nuking every germ but it gives me peace of mind.

I’ve got one and zap towels and stuffed toys now and then. They do smell cleaner after a cycle, but I wouldn’t skip an actual wash. Handy for quick touch-ups, though I’m skeptical about the bigger claims.

I think it’s overkill for phones and keyboards. Maybe a quick alcohol wipe is faster and actually removes the grime, so the lamp feels mostly like peace of mind to me.

Thanks for the thoughts. I kept the ClairLite and use it occasionally, but I think it’s more peace of mind than a real substitute for a proper clean. Maybe it helps a bit with smells, but not totally sure it’s worth the price.

Not just peace of mind. I run mine in the spare room after guests and the place actually smells fresher, and I notice fewer sneezes there. Kept it.

I’d want to see some actual test results before I’d call it a must-have for phones. A quick wipe is probably doing more. But if it makes the room smell less stale, I guess that’s something.
