Qinux Pixgo 4K waterproof case question

I got mine from a listing that clearly listed the case as included, and it was in the box. If the listing you’re looking at doesn’t say it’s included, assume it isn’t. That’s the only thing that matters here.

Depends where you buy it. Some sellers ship the case in the box, others sell it as a separate add-on. I’d check the specific listing before ordering instead of assuming.

I ordered mine thinking the case was in the box since the product pics showed it, but it arrived without one. That was a while ago though, so I don’t know if they changed what’s included since then. So no, I wouldn’t trust the photos. Those main images are usually just stock shots the seller grabbed from somewhere, and half the time they don’t even match what actually ships. The only thing I’d go by is the actual box contents section at the bottom of the listing, and even then I’d screenshot it before paying in case you need to argue later.

For snorkeling specifically you do need the case, the camera itself isn’t going in the water without it. So if the listing is vague about it, just assume you’re buying one separately and factor that into the price. If it turns up in the box, fine, bonus. If not, you’re not stuck waiting on a return while your trip is coming up.
